I graduated from the UW River Falls with a degree in Exercise Science with a major in Physics. I have my Eagle Scout badge and worked my first job as a rock climbing instructor at a summer camp that sparked my interest in sports. I am a passionate sports fan and played tennis and football all through school, a season into college , as well as three seasons of semi pro ball during and after college as a wide receiver. In my free time I play golf, basketball, camping up north, kayaking and watching the New England Patriots. Stretchlab can be a benefit to people of all backgrounds to help them maintain their daily activities and live a healthier lifestyle while feeling great. My hope is to someday be a physical therapist , so that i can continue helping others recover and return to their normal lifestyle and activities.

Born and raised in Dothan, Alabama I am a down home southern girl. I have a B.S in Family & Consumer Science and this drew me to my love of teaching and helping others. I have a personal training certification in Elite training, nutrition and transformation while also holding certifications in Zumba and aqua Zumba. It is my dream to help people with their personal health goals, making lifestyle changes and helping them live their best life. I started as a member of Stretchlab and worked for over a year to learn the skills needed to be a Flexologist and be a part of the team. Knowing how it helped me I wanted to pass that down to others and show people how this can really change peoples lives.
