As a former gymnast, I learned firsthand the importance of flexibility, strength, and injury prevention. After my own injury, I became passionate about understanding the body and helping others take care of theirs through proper stretching, nutrition, and movement. I’ve had the privilege of coaching gymnastics and cheerleading, sharing my love for movement while helping athletes perform at their best. Notably, I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA, specializing in nutrition, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery. I’m excited to bring my experience to StretchLab and help others improve their mobility, prevent injuries, and feel their best!
