      Lonzell has a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from William Paterson University. He was a personal trainer for years, before becoming an Exercise Physiologist at a therapy office and a Wellness Coordinator at Bergen Community College. In Lonzell’s words: “I enjoy working out as well as being a 3 sport athlete in basketball, football and baseball. A major hobby of mine is being a car/bike enthusiast. I love to help people and watching them reach their fullest potential is always a warming moment for me.

      Alex is a graduate of Kean University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and holds a certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM). When he isn’t at StretchLab you can either find him at the gym or spending time with his two little pups Daisy & Jonas. In Alex’s words: “Throughout my time in rehabilitation clinics, personal training, and now StretchLab, my goal has always been to help as many people as I can to reach healthier physical and mental lifestyles.”

      Selena has a B.S. in Health Professions from Temple University. Before coming to StretchLab she was a Physical Therapy Technician for 2 years at an outpatient clinic. When she is not at StretchLab she is traveling, cooking nutritious meals and spending time with friends and family. In Selena's words: “My health and wellness has always been a big priority in my life and I love that I am able to help people with theirs as well. I look forward to helping others with their own health and wellness goals here at StretchLab!”

      Joey is an Exercise Science student at Montclair State University. While working towards his degree, he has been a Physical Therapy Technician for over a year. When not at StretchLab, he enjoys lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, and watching football. In Joey's words: "Growing up playing sports, I found myself in physical therapy offices rehabilitating injuries often, because of this I developed a passion for learning the processes and helping others. I want to spread the importance of taking care of your body and spread positivity along the way."

      Denise has a B.S in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her A.A.S to be a Physical Therapy Assistant. Over the years Denise has worked with patients with various conditions throughout her experience as a Physical Therapist Aide. You can find Denise in the gym or enjoying a nice vacation outside of work. In Denise’s words: “Getting up and being able to move and walk around is one of the best functional activities that we do everyday but when pain or an injury prevents us from doing so, it can be frustrating. Taking care of our physical health by working out and stretching is one of the first steps for a great quality of life. I enjoy seeing the progress that people make and being able to live pain free.”

      John is a student at William Paterson University majoring in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology, he is also a Coach for an all men’s baseball team. "After serving in the military for 4 years along with coaching baseball, I realized how significant recovery is for the body. This motivated me to earn my NASM certificate for personal training so I can help others reach their fitness goals and help them prioritize the recovery their bodies need." Post graduation, John is looking to expand his knowledge in athletic training and earn his ATC (Athletic Training Credential) along with a CSCS (Certified Stretch and Conditioning Specialist) for strength and conditioning. Outside of his studies and training, John enjoys working out and playing baseball. Henry David Thoreau once said, "What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals."

      Greg is a graduate from William Paterson University with a B.S in exercise science and is currently working towards his massage therapy license. Over the last couple of years, Greg has obtained significant experience being a lifeguard, swim coach, and a PT aid in order to gain greater knowledge on the body and its potential in terms of recovery. With his current work as a clinical assistant at an adhesion release clinic, and a Flexologist at StretchLab, Greg is motivated to help his clients feel their greatest on a day to day basis. "It's such a great feeling when clients come back to tell me how much more aware they are about their body's needs and how motivated they are to reach their full potential. Awareness is a huge component of being and feeling healthy." During Greg's free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, taking care of his plants, along with playing video games!

      Sam is a student at Rutgers University pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has a Bachelors Degree in Neuroscience and Behavior. Outside of school and work she enjoys traveling, hiking, lifting and running or learning a new skill. She’s very passionate about teaching others how to move their bodies and live a healthier lifestyle which motivated her to obtain her NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certificate in personal training . “I love sharing my passion for fitness and wellness with others. Being able to wake up and move your body is a blessing that we take for granted and being healthy is a real luxury nowadays. I can't wait to do the same with my clients at StretchLab!"

      Vickie has an extensive background in personal training and coaching, with an increased focus on athletic performance for athletes. Vickie has gained significant experience over time, starting out as a student athlete, then becoming a crossfit athlete, and now an amateur MMA flyweight! Because of this, she gained an interest for stretch therapy early on and gained knowledge in the field to obtained a level 1 certification for stretch performance therapy. Vickie is currently pursuing her level 2 certification while working as a coach for HIIT and strength based classes and continues to perfect her skill in the health and fitness industry! Prior to StretchLab, Vickie was able to apply her stretch therapy education to her clients as a coach which helped her prepare tremendously for her clients in the studio. When it comes to targeted or goal oriented performance, you can rely on Vickie! In her own words, "It's such an amazing feeling, as both a coach and stretch therapist, when you see your clients feel and see their progress overtime. Assisting people in improving their overall quality of life has always been a passion of mine, and it will continue to be as I work on furthering my education!" When outside of work, you might find Vickie cooking yummy food or working out.

      Trisha has Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and is pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Science from William Paterson University. While working at a rehabilitation technician in various outpatient clinics she discovered that she wanted to make an impact in the health and wellness field. Outside of StretchLab you can find Trisha exploring new places or at the gym. In Trisha’s words, “For the longest time I have been wanting to make a difference in people’s lives in terms of their health and fitness. By being a part of Stretch Lab, I look forward to doing doing exactly that!.”

      Austin is a full time student at Montclair State University, working on his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a focus on sports performance. While working towards his degree, Austin also coaches track and field for teens and works in sports performance as a certified personal trainer, certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Outside of StretchLab, he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his son and friends, and attending concerts. In Austin’s words, “Sports ha gifted me with so many joys within my lifetime, including the ability to run in college. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until a career-ending injury that cause my eyes to open up to more holistic well-being approach that taught me to take care of my overall mind and body. Because of this, I developed a passion for helping others do the same! I want to educate and assist others in their wellness journey, whether you're an athlete or someone just trying to live their healthiest life!”

      Andrew is a proud graduate from Baylor University with a Bachelors degree in Health Science Studies. Prior to StretchLab, Andrew coached tennis for years which lead him to then work as a physical therapy tech at an aquatic therapy out patient clinic. Outside of Stretchlab, Andrew enjoys spending time with his friends, playing tennis, and working out! In his own words, "Giving people the guidance to regain confidence in themselves is so rewarding to me, and it's what motivates me in the field. Having dealt with injuries myself, I understand how it feels to fall out of a comfortable routine. It's my pleasure to create and strengthen my relationship with clients by creating a safe space for them and allowing them to leave the studio feeling more mobile and relaxed. "
