      Jesseca is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She graduated from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase with a BFA in Dance along with a minor in Psychology Summa Cum Laude. Her passion for both movement and community led her to become a NASM certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach where she is able to engage and improve the daily lives of others. She enjoys helping clients find a deeper connection with their bodies through mobility and flexibility!

      Andrew has an extensive background as a professional dancer, gracing stages in various commercial, concert, and theatrical productions around the world. He has a Bachelor's degree in Dance Education from the University of Memphis, where he honed his craft not only in teaching dance in varied environments and skill levels but also in delving into the intricacies of human anatomy. Understanding the profound impact of movement and stretching on day-to-day functionality and overall well-being, he has cultivated a deep passion for educating others on the body's remarkable ability to heal through motion. As he embarks on this new chapter in this vibrant city, he is thrilled to join the StretchLab family, eager to share his experiences and enthusiasm for optimal health and flexibility with the community.

      With a diverse background in dance, gymnastics, and yoga, Kris is deeply passionate about exploring the complexities of human movement and its potential for healing. She graduated with Honors from Colorado Mesa University in 2017, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Since then, Kris has pursued additional education, obtaining a NASM certification and gaining valuable experience as a technician in a physical therapy clinic. Driven by her commitment to helping others optimize their physical well-being, Kris is poised to take the next step in her journey. In the fall of 2024, she will begin her studies towards a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Touro University. With her comprehensive understanding of movement and dedication to ongoing learning, Kris is eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of physical therapy, guiding individuals towards greater health and mobility. Join Kris on her journey as she combines her artistic background with her passion for science to promote holistic healing and wellness for all.

      Caroline, a recent graduate from Ball State University, holds a degree in Dance and minor Kinesiology, embodying a passion for movement and physical wellness. Throughout her academic journey, she delved into the intricate mechanics of the human body, developing a deep understanding of its anatomy and physiology. Driven by her dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals, Caroline pursued certifications as a personal trainer, specializing in pre/postnatal fitness and strength & conditioning. Her expertise extends beyond conventional training methods, as she integrates her background in dance to offer a unique approach to fitness and flexibility. With a keen eye for detail and a nurturing spirit, Caroline is committed to tailoring her sessions to meet the individual needs of her clients at Stretch Lab. Whether they are athletes aiming to enhance their performance or individuals seeking to alleviate tension and improve mobility, Caroline provides personalized guidance and support to help them reach their fullest potential. Through her expertise and genuine care, Caroline empowers others to embark on a journey towards a healthier, more vibrant self.

      Ran Groff (she/her) is the Lead Flexologist and Assistant General Manager at StretchLab W 96th St. Ran’s is a NASM Certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, helping others reach their goals for over 5 years. She also has a deep background in athletics, playing softball at the collegiate level. Since completely changing career paths from traditional desk jobs, Ran has ignited her passion in helping others achieve their wellness and fitness goals! In addition to finding her second home at StretchLab W 96th St, Ran enjoys running, lifting, or sipping coffee with her wife, Delaney.

      Lindsey Garnhart (she/her) is a dance artist with a BFA in dance and a minor in business from Temple University. She recently joined the StretchLab team to expand her knowledge and reach through dance and somatic practices. She performs with several contemporary companies and choreographers in NYC, including Freespace Dance, for which she is also the current rehearsal director. She is so happy to be part of the StretchLab family, and has really enjoyed putting her knowledge of the body to use as well as learning new things from her amazing coworkers!
      Tristan Schaffer-Goldman

      Tristan is a professional actor/comedian with an extensive background in movement. He holds a B.S. in Theatre from Skidmore College, an M.A. in Classical Acting from LAMDA in London, and an MFA in Physical Theatre from the Accademia dell’Arte in Italy. He also has his 200 hr. certification in Ashtanga Yoga, and is both a NASM-certified personal trainer and AFAA-certified group fitness instructor. Dedicating so much of his life to training in various physical disciplines - from sports and acrobatics to vocal technique and breathwork - has given Tristan an intricate understanding of the body, as well as a passion for sharing his experience with others. As a flexologist, he always makes it his goal to have you walking taller, breathing easier, and moving more freely than when you first came in!

      Jaya has 5 years experience and a certification as a Yoga Recovery Instructor, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Certification in Yoga Massage Therapy and Sports Release Massage Therapy. My goal is to continue to advance within the Recovery Stretch & Medical Industry.

      Kerry, originally hailing from Houston, Texas, is an actor, dancer and sports entertainment professional. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College where she double majored in Theatre and Dance concentrating in performance, choreography, and acting. It was in college through her extensive Kinesiology course work where her love of the human body and somatic practices was cultivated. Kerry can be found performing in various theaters around the city or on the field/court/ice for some of the greatest New York Sports teams. She could not be more excited to be a part of the UWS StretchLab family!

      Sid Desai (she/her) is a Flexologist at StretchLab W 96th St. Sid is a physical therapy student whose goal is to make people feel better through movement. In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and trying new restaurants.

      Katie Frieden (she/her) is a professional dancer, actor, and singer originally from the Washington DC area. She earned a degree in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University where she honed her craft in performance, choreography, and dance pedagogy. Since graduating, Katie has performed around the country most recently in the touring Broadway production of Chicago the Musical as Roxie Hart. Apart from performance, her interests reside in teaching dance to children and adults of all ages to help spread the love of movement. This passion translates in helping her StretchLab clients deepen their understanding of flexibility and motion as well as customizing each session to their specific wellness and stretching goals. Come stretch with Katie to walk out feeling a lot better and bendier then when you came in!

      Kenny Doyle (he/him) is a proud Flexologist at StretchLab W 96th St. Kenny is an actor and 10 year member of IATSE. He also has a deep background in athletics, playing hockey and running in the 400 meter race at the Penn Relays in 2014. Having to pack up his running shoes and skates in college, Kenny ignited his passion for health and wellness and has been weight lifting for 10 years. When not at StretchLAB, you can find Kenny in the theatre district seeing a show or backstage at CHICAGO The Musical on the crew.

      Mia Gionis (she/her) is a Flexologist and Membership Coordinator at StretchLab W96th St. She is an NYC based performer with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance. Most recently, she was dancing, singing, and traveling the world on cruise ships. Aside from pursuing her artistic dreams, Mia also has a curiosity for movement and physiology. StretchLab was the perfect fit for her as she can help clients have an awareness of the body and help them reach their goals. When Mia isn’t performing or at StretchLab, she loves cooking and adventuring!

      Renee Ross (she/her) is a dance educator and flexologist who is passionate about wellness and helping others. Growing up in competitive figure skating sparked her interest in athletics and using exercise science to be the best we can be. When she is not helping others achieve their goals, she works as a professional musical theater actor and singer/songwriter. Her goal is to create a comfortable environment tailored to each unique client so they can look forward to their time on the bench every week!

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
