      Omar holds a dual degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology with a Minor in Biology from SUNY Brockport. He is incredibly skilled as a personal trainer with multiple continued education certifications including: Animal Flow, Kettlebell Athletics, and Myofascial Trigger Point Techniques. He practices what he preaches at StretchLab as he has done various forms of Martial Arts for 10 years. In his spare time he likes to create and edit videos as well as watch anime.

      Olivia is a recent graduate from Slippery Rock University with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, and a BA in Psychology. In addition to dance, she has experience in somatic practice, pilates and yoga. She cares deeply about helping others and is excited to combine her passion for health, wellness and healing as a Flexologist!

      Ingeborg Kolstad (Ingy) is a dancer and choreographer from Norway. She is about to graduate from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Dance and a concentration in Teaching Dance Arts. Ingy is passionate about wellness and how stretching can improve ones physical and mental health. As a Flexologist she is able to use her embodied experiences and knowledge, as she strives to help her clients meet their individual flexibility goals.

      Emily has a background in Dance, getting her BFA from The State University of New York at Fredonia with a minor in Dance Science and Injury Prevention. There she studied modern, jazz and ballet but had special interest in massage, recovery, and realignment units. Emily enjoys helping people see results as they move through their journey to achieving their goals and feeling better in their daily lives.

      Dowan Sandoval comes to us all the way from San Diego California. He obtained his bachelors degree in kinesiology- fitness specialist from San Diego State University. He also obtained his ACE certification for personal training. He have been working in assisted stretching for 6 years now and I specialize in myofascial release techniques. Dowan loves to play golf. On his days off he is most likely playing a round of 18 holes with my friends. He also loves to cook for friends and family whenever given the opportunity. Even referred to at times as “grill master”. He enjoys being a flexologist because he gets the opportunity to meet new people and make them feel better through assisted stretching. He loves seeing the reaction of people after a good session when they say “wow that was just stretching but I feel amazing!” Something as simple as stretching consistently can make a whole load of difference for the human body and as a flexologist he am grateful to be a part of people’s experience with assisted stretching as everyone works towards becoming their best self.

      Jesseca is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She graduated from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase with a BFA in Dance along with a minor in Psychology Summa Cum Laude. Her passion for both movement and community led her to become a NASM certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach where she is able to engage and improve the daily lives of others. She enjoys helping clients find a deeper connection with their bodies through mobility and flexibility!

      Tatum is a Manhattan based dancer and educator from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated with a BS in dance pedagogy from Oklahoma City University. Tatum has always had a passion for helping others learn and is excited to teach clients ways to improve their daily life through movement. Outside of dance Tatum holds an MA in creative writing and publishing from the University of Lincoln, England and is always ready to recommend your next favorite read!

      From a young age, Julianna has immersed herself in the world of classical ballet. Her training at Interlochen Arts Academy, Ballet Academy East, Cincinnati Ballet and currently American Repertory Ballet, has equipped her with a passion for movement and an understanding of the importance of physical wellness. She has embraced the role of flexologist focusing on enhancing flexibility and overall performance through targeted stretching techniques. She recognizes the importance of flexibility for not just athletes, but everyone. She stretches daily to enhance her experience in the studio and on stage, which reinforces her beliefs in the significance of maintaining peak physical conditioning. She is currently pursuing a business degree from Fordham University, blending the arts and education. She remains committed to inspiring others about the benefits of stretching and maintaining physical health in pursuit of their passion.

      Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. In search of a new and more mindful professional experience, Pilates offered her a sense of control and stability in a period of uncertainty. After only a few months of classes, Kaitlyn discovered the inspiring opportunities available within the Pilates world as an instructor. Passionate about continuous education in the evolution of Pilates and fitness, Kaitlyn is committed to supporting, inspiring, and empowering others to achieve their goals. This dedication led her to become a Flexologist at StretchLab, where the values of personalized care, functional movement, and holistic wellness perfectly aligned with her experiences and fitness philosophy. Kaitlyn is CPR/AED certified, mat Pilates and reformer Pilates certified, and NASM group fitness instructor certified.

      Rachel is an AEA theatre performer, musician/recording artist, music educator, and fitness instructor originally from Northeast PA. She holds a BA in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Theatre from Washington & Jefferson College, a certificate of completion from the AMDA GAP Program, and a Group Fitness certification from ACE. When she isn’t working, she enjoys hiking, crocheting, baking, and spending time with her cat, Sgt. Pepper. Through her own health and fitness journey as a performer, she has become passionate about promoting the self-care needed to create a holistic and robust wellness routine that serves every facet of one’s daily life.

      Emma Allaire is a New York City–based professional dancer and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she earned her B.A. in Dance and Arts Administration. With extensive training in multiple dance styles, she brings a strong understanding of body mechanics, alignment, and movement quality to her work. As a Flexologist, Emma is passionate about helping clients improve mobility, prevent injury, and reach their wellness goals through safe, intentional assisted stretching. Her approach provides genuine commitment to supporting each client’s individual journey toward better movement and overall well-being in their day to day life.

      Andy Santiago (he/him) is a New York–based dancer originally from New Jersey. He spent seven years performing professionally at sea with international cruise lines, serving as both a featured dancer and Dance Captain. His credits include large-scale musical theatre productions such as Beauty and the Beast, along with commercial and contemporary works. Trained in musical theatre, jazz, contemporary, and aerial disciplines, Andy brings strength, precision, and athleticism to every session. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and believes that with focus, consistency, and the right mindset, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

As a dancer, she understands the physical demands placed on the body, whether its maintaining flexibility, building strength, or recovering from intense training. Her passion for movement and wellness led her to become a Flexologist, where she now helps clients improve mobility, release muscle tension, and feel their best through assisted stretching. Whether you're an athlete, performer, or just looking to move more freely, she brings a deep understanding of body mechanics and a personalized approach to every session.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
