      Omar holds a dual degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology with a Minor in Biology from SUNY Brockport. He is incredibly skilled as a personal trainer with multiple continued education certifications including: Animal Flow, Kettlebell Athletics, and Myofascial Trigger Point Techniques. He practices what he preaches at StretchLab as he has done various forms of Martial Arts for 10 years. In his spare time he likes to create and edit videos as well as watch anime.

      Dylan Contreras (he/ they) is a Brooklyn-based dancer, Fitness instructor, and interdisciplinary creator. Dylan augmented his dance training by studying ballet at Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, Massachusetts. He continued his training at The Boston Conservatory where he received a BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance. During those years, he became an instructor at 305 Fitness as well as studied Alexander Technique, which ignited his path into advocating health and wellness through movement. Dylan premiered his film My Baby Chest Hairs, after receiving an artistic grant from 305 Fitness. He is currently a dancer for Hivewild, and a dramaturg / collaborator with Haus of Pvmt. I dance for every little Black boy who longs to see someone, who looks like them,doing the thing they love most in the world.

      Olivia is a recent graduate from Slippery Rock University with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, and a BA in Psychology. In addition to dance, she has experience in somatic practice, pilates and yoga. She cares deeply about helping others and is excited to combine her passion for health, wellness and healing as a Flexologist!

      Cameron graduated from King's College with a degree in Exercise Science. Post-college he has worked in a variety of health and fitness branches from personal training, fascial stretch therapy, and multiple wellness facilities. His interests in health and fitness started well before college; he played sports all his life such as football, lacrosse, and rugby. Cam finds it very important to prioritize your mind and body in order to live a long healthy life. His intention is to continue spreading my knowledge skill and passion to all communities.

      Ingeborg Kolstad (Ingy) is a dancer and choreographer from Norway. She is about to graduate from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Dance and a concentration in Teaching Dance Arts. Ingy is passionate about wellness and how stretching can improve ones physical and mental health. As a Flexologist she is able to use her embodied experiences and knowledge, as she strives to help her clients meet their individual flexibility goals.

      Robby is an originally from the Chicagoland area where he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is finishing his studies at Touro University where he will receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy this September. Robby concentrates his work on the sports and orthopedic population and takes a holistic approach in his treatment. Robby has a passion for human connection, helping others, and progress which ultimately led him to this career path. Robby loves to play basketball, explore food spots, hang with friends and content create.

      Emily has a background in Dance, getting her BFA from The State University of New York at Fredonia with a minor in Dance Science and Injury Prevention. There she studied modern, jazz and ballet but had special interest in massage, recovery, and realignment units. Emily enjoys helping people see results as they move through their journey to achieving their goals and feeling better in their daily lives.

      Dowan Sandoval comes to us all the way from San Diego California. He obtained his bachelors degree in kinesiology- fitness specialist from San Diego State University. He also obtained his ACE certification for personal training. He have been working in assisted stretching for 6 years now and I specialize in myofascial release techniques. Dowan loves to play golf. On his days off he is most likely playing a round of 18 holes with my friends. He also loves to cook for friends and family whenever given the opportunity. Even referred to at times as “grill master”. He enjoys being a flexologist because he gets the opportunity to meet new people and make them feel better through assisted stretching. He loves seeing the reaction of people after a good session when they say “wow that was just stretching but I feel amazing!” Something as simple as stretching consistently can make a whole load of difference for the human body and as a flexologist he am grateful to be a part of people’s experience with assisted stretching as everyone works towards becoming their best self.

      Ronnie graduated from Rutgers University with a BFA in Dance Performance and holds a 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga Certification. Her years of training have solidified her passion for somatic practices and mind-body connection. As a flexologist, she enjoys engaging her clients in mindful movement with a balance of activation and release to improve their mobility, levels of tension and overall feeling in their body. She is excited to continue her work at Stretch Lab and connect with the community!

      Jesseca is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She graduated from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase with a BFA in Dance along with a minor in Psychology Summa Cum Laude. Her passion for both movement and community led her to become a NASM certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach where she is able to engage and improve the daily lives of others. She enjoys helping clients find a deeper connection with their bodies through mobility and flexibility!

      Tatum is a Manhattan based dancer and educator from Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated with a BS in dance pedagogy from Oklahoma City University. Tatum has always had a passion for helping others learn and is excited to teach clients ways to improve their daily life through movement. Outside of dance Tatum holds an MA in creative writing and publishing from the University of Lincoln, England and is always ready to recommend your next favorite read!

      Braylon joins StretchLab from Charleston, SC. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Athletic Training from Long Island University. Additionally, he is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a semi-professional Track & Field athlete, Braylon brings extensive experience in both athletics and coaching, which he is eager to utilize to help his clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. He enjoys being a Flexologist because he loves meeting new people and values the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their daily lives through assisted stretching. Braylon's energy and passion ensure that everyone has a positive experience on the bench with him, leaving with a smile after each session.

      Keishan Elliott is an anchored fitness professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. Holding a degree in Exercise Science and Post-Rehabilitation Exercise Therapy from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. He has established himself as a leading instructor in the field. His educational background includes Diplomas in Advanced Exercise Testing and Certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Spartan SGX Coach, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, and Certified Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator. Although he is trained in many modalities his passion is in injury prevention, pain free movement. Throughout his career, He has served as an instructor at top fitness brands in NY and NJ, imparting his wealth of knowledge to both clients and aspiring fitness professionals. He is accredited by esteemed organizations such as NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, and SPARTAN SGX, further solidifying his expertise in the industry. Keishan's dedication to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs tailored to their specific needs sets him apart as a sought-after instructor. His commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in exercise science ensures that he delivers exceptional results for his clients.

      From a young age, Julianna has immersed herself in the world of classical ballet. Her training at Interlochen Arts Academy, Ballet Academy East, Cincinnati Ballet and currently American Repertory Ballet, has equipped her with a passion for movement and an understanding of the importance of physical wellness. She has embraced the role of flexologist focusing on enhancing flexibility and overall performance through targeted stretching techniques. She recognizes the importance of flexibility for not just athletes, but everyone. She stretches daily to enhance her experience in the studio and on stage, which reinforces her beliefs in the significance of maintaining peak physical conditioning. She is currently pursuing a business degree from Fordham University, blending the arts and education. She remains committed to inspiring others about the benefits of stretching and maintaining physical health in pursuit of their passion.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
