As a Colorado native, I have understood the importance of a healthy lifestyle from an early age. From a young age, I was very active and participated in organized sports. My passion has always been dance; I decided to pursue it professionally. I apprenticed at Ascential Dance Company and Dance Etoile Ballet while studying for my associates in psychology and choreography at Red Rocks. I continued to choreograph for Red Rocks until the pandemic hit. Subsequently, I earned my ISSA Personal Training Certification and my focus shifted to helping others achieve better movement patterns and enhanced mind- body connection; allowing for continued longevity. In addition, I'm in the process of obtaining my Reflexology certification. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my daughter, and swimming on my master’s swim team. Moreover, twice a year I fly out to swim ocean races. Being a Flexologist is the best gig I’ve ever had! I find being an integral part of my clients' wellness transformations fulfilling and rewarding!

I have over 2,000 hours in continuing education in the anatomy and physiology of stretching and human movement. I enjoy helping others reach their goals and achieve the most out of their day. As an athlete I have practiced Circus Arts, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Contortion and Gymnastic. Through my life as an athlete and trainer I have learned an extensive amount about the body and how it moves in space, as well as how to prevent and recover from injury. I aspire to share that knowledge with others.

I was born and raised in Chicago before moving to Texas where I attended Baylor University and earned my degree in Exercise Physiology. I started working with StretchLab in Kansas City where I was able to continue my passion of impacting others with healthy movement. When I moved to Colorado, I was excited to be able to continue my work as a Flexologist. I love to be active but I am a geek at heart. Health and fitness is the best preventive medicine and it is my goal to assist everyone to become more confident in their movement. I am always open to any conversation and I look forward to getting to know you and helping you move your very best!

I am a Colorado native and just recently graduated from Colorado State University (GO RAMS) in December of 2023 with my B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. I am also an adaptive exercise specialist with NeuAbility, a rehabilitative wellness center for individuals living with paralysis. I came to work at StretchLab because it combines my passion for anatomy and helping people feel better through movement! In my free time I love to do anything outdoors with the people I love whether that be riding my horse, hiking with my dog, off-roading, hunting - you name it! I love meeting new people and am stoked to help everyone move and feel their best here at StretchLab.

I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and stretch practitioner who is passionate about helping others feel the best in their bodies. I grew up running and riding horses and always was curious about physiology and how it impacts our daily routines and sports performance. Eventually, it drove me to pursue a career in the health and wellness space where I can educate and empower others about their bodies, no matter their goals or journey. When I’m not working, I love to spend my free time outside, whether training for a triathlon, riding my horse, or hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. At StretchLab, I am most excited to help others realize their physical goals related to wellness, movement, sports performance, flexibility, and pain management!

Originally from the Bay Area, I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Before moving to Colorado, I gained hands-on experience working as a PT aide in a sports medicine clinic in downtown San Francisco, where I had the privilege of helping athletes and older adults recover and perform at their best. I understand the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle and the value of injury prevention as well as recovery. I’m committed to helping clients achieve their goals, whether it's getting back to the field or living pain-free in your daily life. Outside of work, I’m a passionate sports fan that enjoys baseball and football in particular.
