Hi, my name is Danielle! I was born and raised in Massachusetts before attending Salem State University where I graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology and Business Administration. Having grown up in gymnastics and cheerleading, I learned that consistently stretching is crucial to staying flexible for both injury prevention and to increase athletic performance. Fast forward to 2021, I moved to the Raleigh area to work as a chiropractic assistant where I witnessed just how important flexibility is in everyday life as well, not just athletes. Regardless of one’s background and lifestyle, a proper stretch regimen can enhance overall quality of life and movement. I love to spend my free time exercising - strength and conditioning training, or just going for a walk in nature. I have a passion for helping others and am ready to bring my knowledge and expertise to the StretchLab family!

Hi! My name is Latoya. I became passionate about fitness and wellness when I started my journey to better health. This journey led to me obtaining an Associate's degree in Health and Fitness Science at Wake Tech. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer and wellness coach. I have recently returned to Wake Tech and will be graduating the fall of 2025 with an Associate's degree in Human Service Technology with a concentration on mental health. Ultimately my goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and to open up a small private practice for counseling. I am a mother of two and grandmother of one. In my free time, I like to read or spend time with my family and grandson.

I have NASM Certified Personal Training in addition to the Flex Certification. I have been training (personally) for 20 years. I published a book "My Fitness is My Witness." I decided to work with Stretchlab because I believe in the mission of Stretchlab. I enjoy helping people move more efficiently & effectively. I enjoy helping people perform better in their hobbies (i.e., golf, pickleball, baseball, etc). And I enjoy improving overall optimal health. Outside of work, I enjoy playing Piano, reading & working with non-profit organizations to help underserved communities.

Hi, my name is Nick! I graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelors in Kinesiology which is where I gained a passion for health, wellness, and fitness. In addition to being a NASM certified personal trainer and Flex certified professional, I also work as a strength and conditioning coach for athletes. Having witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement and flexibility, I strongly believe in StretchLab’s mission and their holistic approach to wellness. I am convinced that movement is akin to youth—if you can move well, you can essentially stay young forever. In my free time I rock climb, weightlift, and do jiu-jitsu. I’m very excited about the opportunity to help others improve their flexibility, and ultimately achieve a higher quality of life through stretching.

Hello! I’m Megan Shepherd, I’m a NC native and excited to begin my journey with StretchLab. I hold a BFA in Dance and a MS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Biomechanics and Motor Control, both from East Carolina University. Go Pirates! I am an experienced dance instructor with over a decade of teaching experience in studios across NC. My passion for dance and science combined together during my masters program, where I studied pelvic alignment and lower extremity muscle activation in university level dancers. This study allowed for me to explore an alignment focused approach of a conditioning intervention in dancers to improve overall anatomical alignment. I was drawn to StretchLab by their approach of health and wellness to stretching to improve not just mobility but quality of life. In my free time I love eating at new restaurants, traveling, dancing, and hanging out with my dog, Ruby! I am excited to join this team and give back to this community.
