      Everet has been practicing qi development and alternative healing modalities for the past 30 years, including Zen Yoga, Reiki, Qi Gong, Amma face and foot massage, myofascial release, and cranial sacral re-balancing. He currently uses a synthesis of movement, visualization, and breath work to assist others in their personal transformation process.

      Simi is a native New Yorker and aspiring physical therapist. She has studied exercise science at Brooklyn College and has worked at a physical therapy clinic. For fun, she plays basketball enjoys shopping. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!

      Raegine is a native New Yorker with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy from Mildred Elley. She has several years of experience and loves working with people to help them feel better and meet their goals. We not working she likes to sing, dance, play video games, watch horror and comedy movies and shows and spend time with family. She cannot wait to meet you and help improve your mobility.

      Tara is a seasoned dancer and certified wellness professional with over 20 years of experience, bringing a unique blend of artistic and physical training to her wellness coaching. As a performing arts instructor, choreographer, and cultural ambassador, Tara has cultivated an in-depth understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and movement through a rich career in urban dance techniques which include hip hop, house, breaking, pole dance and more. Her approach is deeply informed by a rich career in urban dance techniques, fitness training, and somatic movement.

      Juliana graduated from Ball State University with a BFA in Dance and a minor in marketing. She has studied ballet, jazz, modern, musical theater dance, hip hop, tap, and West African. She has also recently received her certification in yoga. She believes that moving the body is healthy for both the body and mind! In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with her cat. She looks forward to helping you reach your goals!

      Luis is a certified massage therapist with over six years of experience. He has experience with weight lifting, boxing, and football, and he is currently a professional wrestler. He believes that day to day life should be pain free and strives to help all his clients feel happy and healthy.

      Hannah has a passion for movement and fitness. She has previous training in gymnastics, track, swimming, and soccer. She has practiced yoga for over ten years and through that has gained a love for learning more about mobility, flexibility, breath work and improving longevity. She is a certified yoga instructor. She values taking care of our bodies and minds throughout the stress of life.

      Kylie is a professional ballerina who has danced as a Principal and Soloist Artist with multiple full-time and freelance dance companies in the Tri-State area and Midwest. As a ballerina she has been featured in "The New Yorker" magazine and performed in venues including Alvin Ailey and New York Dance Parade’s “Main Stage", as well as performed for four years in New York's "Fall Fashion Week". Kylie's experience also includes Eastern and Western wellness techniques. She is a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher/Healer (LRMT) and runs a private wellness practice in NYC using Reiki as a Complimentary Alternative Medicine. In science and athletics, her background includes studying Molecular Biology/Pre-Med (Indiana University) and being selected as a scholarship participant for Harkness Center for Dance Injuries’ (NYU Langone) "Healthy Dancer Initiative" professional development program in 2020/21. Additionally, Kylie has trained privately in the Gyrotonics Method, as well as, studied plyometrics and isometric conditioning for peak performance.

      Kari graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BFA in Dance. She is in her third year working with StretchLab, and is the Lead Flexologist at StretchLab Tribeca. Since graduating in 2021 she has delved deeper into her passion for somatic practices and bodywork. Kari is currently a student at Swedish Institute pursuing her license in massage therapy so her hands-on practice merges the artistic nuances of dance with manual therapy. She, like most, has worked through several injuries over the course of her dance career and is excited to continue learning and sharing her expertise to help others!

      Katie graduated from Ball State University with a BFA in dance and a minor in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has studied many dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet, modern, contemporary, hip hop, West African, and musical theater. Katie is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities, and hopes to pursue dance therapy in the future. She looks forward to helping you become the best version of yourself!

      Camilla is a New York native that pursued her passion for the human form at St. John’s University. She is a life long swimmer and Water Polo player that is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. With a back ground in Physical Therapy, she takes a mindful approach to push the body to feel our best ever.

      Jack is a dancer based in New York City. He graduated from California State University with a BA in Dance Science focusing on kinesiology. Jack was a rehabilitation aide at Athletico physical therapy in Chicago. With his background in massage therapy, kinesiology, and dance led him to StretchLab. Jack is very excited to be a new flexologist in the city.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
