      Flexologist
Hi all, I am Rutuja, an internationally trained physiotherapy undergraduate from India. I've further enriched my skills with a certification in Clinical Kinesiology from Sheridan College and progressing toward becoming a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I have worked with a wide variety of populations including chronic disease, para-athletes, and special needs clients, focusing on utilizing exercise therapy interventions to enhance strength and motor skills. The common thread uniting all these individuals is a holistic approach to wellness. Stretching being one of the crucial elements for the same. I assert strongly that muscles dictate the bones and bones support the body. Here at Stretch Lab, I aim to create a goal-oriented environment to help you find the root cause of biomechanical stresses on the body and improve your overall well-being.
