      Thomas completed his Bachelor’s in Health, Wellness, and Fitness at UW-Stout and is at StretchLab to help community members reach their mobility goals. Thomas’s passion is to help others and he focuses on positivity to promote progress. He enjoys watching and playing basketball during his free time and continuing to master his mobility expertise. Thomas's passion and curiosity make for great conversation and even better stretches

      Peter, a University of Minnesota graduate in International Relations, is on a path to obtain his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certificate (CSCS). With a rich background in coaching various sports like soccer, cycling, and football, coupled with his experience as an amateur athlete excelling in master cycling, Peter has pivoted his career towards health and wellness. Driven by his passion for empowering others, Peter believes in fostering change through acceptance and empathy. At StretchLab, he dedicates himself to guiding each member uniquely towards their goals. Beyond coaching, Peter possesses expertise in strength training, yoga, positive intelligence in athletics, and nutrition. A Sun Prairie resident of 12 years, Peter is a proud father of three sons. When not cycling or training, he finds joy in hiking, running, snowboarding, cooking, and tackling house projects.

      Ty, originally from Merrill, WI, recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Movement and Science and certificates in Global Health and Athletic Healthcare. He joins StretchLab with a strong belief in the transformative power of movement on health and well-being. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with experience in collegiate club hockey, Ty deeply understands the body's mechanics and the importance of mobility. Hailing from Wisconsin, Ty cherishes family, community, and outdoor activities like golf, pickleball, and exploring nature. He approaches client care as a Flexologist with a holistic view, blending exercise science expertise with personalized stretching routines to enhance flexibility and overall quality of life. Ty is eager to connect with clients and support their wellness journeys at StretchLab.

      Graduating in May 2024 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and a minor in Allied Health, Kristan is a dedicated flexologist at StretchLab. Kristan finds immense fulfillment in this role, passionate about working with people, building connections, and educating the community about health and wellness. Kristan's interests include lifting, running, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Growing up in Rio, Wisconsin, Kristan brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and genuine personality to their work, excelling in building meaningful relationships with clients.

      Riley is originally from Woodville, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. He is a firm believer in the old mantra "movement is medicine," and puts that into action here at StretchLab. Riley is a seasoned runner and athlete, and brings years of experience with the human body to his position as a Flexologist. When not running or studying for a career in physical therapy, Riley enjoys hiking around all the trails in the Madison area and spending time with friends and family. His passion for connecting with people and promoting total-life wellness makes StretchLab a perfect fit.

      Trinity Lacer is a first responder and firefighter with the Cottage Grove Fire Department, dedicated to public safety and community service. An aspiring wildland helicopter pilot, Trinity is also a certified personal trainer with an associate’s degree in Generalized Science. Her extensive fitness certifications include yoga, strength training, group fitness, personal training, and her fire certifications include Fire 1, Fire 2, and Hazmat, reflecting her commitment to both physical fitness and emergency response. In addition to her firefighting duties, Trinity owns a small photography business and a small personal training business that offers wellness and fitness coaching to specialized populations including first responders. Based in Janesville, WI, Trinity is passionate about outdoor adventures and hiking, swimming and paddle boarding, and caring for her 2 kittens. She is goofy and authentic and loves helping people in any way she possibly can.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
