      Kevin is a SJSU student studying Physical Therapy and is a collegiate athlete associated with the SJSU competitive team. Kevin has a history within the fitness industry since the age of 13 and has expertise from both a medical and fitness standpoint. He is currently the most seniored flexologist working at StretchLab Sunnyvale. His one-on-one sessions will consist of a more focused and fulfilling experience.

      Irene comes to us with her Associate's degree in Sports Medicine and Kinesiology, and her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. Irene has a background in sports and recovery, as well as martial arts. Coming from Costa Rica, Irene is so excited to continue learning and building the best stretching plan for our clients. As a bonus, Irene is also bilingual for our Spanish speaking patrons! Stretching is power!

      Melfred found his passion in the body work field during his time with a local competitive dance team in San Jose. Outside of Stretch Lab he is a Certified Massage Therapist. He attended Southern California Health Institute. There he learned different modalities and techniques that he uses to help assist people dealing with chronic pain and or pathophysiological issues. One of his core missions is to educate and encourage others about being proactive about preventative care. With Stretch Lab he hopes to continue to help others, gain more knowledge in the body work field, share what he knows with his peers, and help continue to build and elevate the health and wellness community. A fun fact about Melfred, is that he loves to play League of Legends.

      Diana is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and the power of the human body's potential. Diana is currently attending Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA pursing a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. At StretchLab, Diana found the perfect environment to hone her skills and apply her knowledge. As a flexologist, she works closely with members to improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through personalized stretching routines. With a keen eye for movement patterns and a compassionate approach, she guides her members toward greater freedom of movement and relief from discomfort. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys staying active through yoga, hiking, trips to the beach, and connecting with friends and family.

      Ashley comes to us finishing up her last year at San Jose State University graduating with a B.S. of Kinesiology. She is interested in going into preventative injury training for older adults as well as personal training in the near future. When Ashley is not studying she spends most of her free time in the gym training for her Powerlifting competitions or out catching sun by the pool. She is very excited to start your journey towards more flexibility, less pain, and more movement. Live Long and Go Spartans!

      Jordan comes to StretchLab with a wealth of knowledge. He started his career in fitness as a personal trainer in 2010. He has earned numerous designations such as: corrective exercise specialist, mind-body specialist, and senior fitness specialist. During the covid pandemic he went back to school and graduated summa cum laude from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in rehabilitation science. His undergraduate studies included two major projects: center of pressure shifts in older adults with tai chi experience and the effects of an ankle brace on gait kinematics. Jordan specializes in working with older adults to improve mobility and strength for everyday life. Jordan hobbies include: Judo, Powerlifting and leather working.

      After years in the tech sales space, Michelle is bringing balance into her life and renewing her passion for physical fitness. Michelle is a certified yoga instructor and has a passion for softball. She witnessed first hand the transformative benefits of stretching; in a month of yoga, she went from unable to touch her toes to putting her hands on the ground. Michelle loves to spread awareness on the value of stretching and making it more accessible. She can't wait to stretch you! When not playing softball, running, snowboarding, hiking, traveling, or teaching yoga, Michelle can be found spending time with her partner, eating plants, and snuggling with her two kitties, Churrita and Maki.

      Brandon has a background of exercise, starting with an AS in Kinesiology , AS In Nursing, License as LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) and personal training experience in the past which bring knowledge about how muscles can affect your daily living activities! Brandon is a huge outdoor enthusiast who loves to run, bike, hike, going to the gym, and swimming and can’t wait to bring his experiences as an athlete into StretchLab to give you the best stretching experience!

      Quianna is a flexologist who’s first love was movement. She enjoys helping others find their movement style & exploring the body’s full potential in her own free time through dance. She holds her BA in Kinesiology from CSU Monterey Bay. There, she developed an interest in dance movement therapy and served individuals with Parkinson’s disease. She’s a matcha enthusiast, Northern California native, and a mom in her free time. Quianna would love to help meet your body’s stretch therapy needs.

      Bruce is a retired sports massage therapist and athletic trainer with experience working with ages 12-80. His focus is helping StretchLab members recover from injury and poor posture while improving their performance in sports, work, and daily life.

      Lead Flexologist
      Nick comes to us as a former NCAA Division II Collegiate Soccer student athlete. He graduated from CSU Monterey Bay in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. While attending CSUMB, Nick spent time interning with the Sports Medicine program, learning and applying his knowledge to treat various sports related injuries. He received his Certified Personal Trainer certification as well. Nick currently coaches soccer for Bellarmine College Prep and various other clubs in the Bay Area. Some of his hobbies outside of StretchLab are golfing, snowboarding, and travelling.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
