      Hello I’m Melissa (Meli), I moved to Western New York from England back in 2020. My background includes work in exercise referral, helping people manage a variety of medical conditions, and obtaining better health through exercise and lifestyle changes. To coincide with my experience, I am also a certified personal trainer, having obtained an Associates degree in sports and fitness. I am passionate about helping people reach their personal health and well-being goals, and believe that flexibility is important for people of all backgrounds. Outside of work, I love to run, hike, lift weights, and do yoga in my spare time. I find that activities such as these help keep me happy and healthy, and have a positive all-around effect in my life.

      Hi, I’m Jeremy and I am a certified Flexologist and Master Flexologist! I grew up in Western New York and then moved out to Syracuse for college where I received a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My passion to improve people’s quality of life, and assist in achieving your health related goals, is what drew me into healthcare. Through StretchLab, I want you to feel empowered after each session, knowing that we worked together to increase your flexibility and strength, which will improve your every day life. When I’m not at work, you can find me chasing after my two children and watching any Buffalo sports team when they are on. I hope to see you soon at StretchLab and look forward to working with you!

Having spent several years as a dedicated athlete myself, I understand firsthand the crucial role that proper stretching plays in optimizing performance, preventing injuries, and enhancing recovery.

      Hi, my name is Alec. I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Health and wellness have been a passion of mine since I was little training at my uncle's gym. When it comes to sports, I've played almost all of them. I also teach boxing and kickboxing as well. I come from a construction background and I'm looking to help my fellow blue-collar workers feel good again. You only get one body and I want everyone to invest in theirs. I look forward to meeting you!

      Hello everyone, I’m Lexi! I can be found at both the Northtowns and Southtowns studios and I am so grateful to be able to assist you with your mobility and wellness! I love meeting all clients at StretchLab and making you feel welcome in our studios. I graduated from the University at Buffalo with my bachelors in exercise science with a concentration in pre-physical therapy and also have an associate's degree in engineering science. I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, snowboarding, yoga, stretching, and most of all spending time with family and friends. I hope to see you at StretchLab soon!

      Hello I am Garrett. I am a personal trainer, powerlifter, and student. My passion is understanding the human body, how we function, perform and move the best. I'm a firm believer that mobility and strength are the fountain of youth. In my free time you'll find me working on my mobility, prepping for powerlifting meets, or hiking through a forest. I spent two years in a BOCES program called Sports Conditioning and Exercise Science during high school studying in depth anatomy and physiology. After graduating I completed my NASM CPT and Corrective Exercise Specialization. I am currently an exercise science student at SUNY Erie working to expand my tool kit as a fitness professional. I can’t wait to help you reach and surpass your goals!

      Hi, my name is Jeremy! I am a graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University. I received a B.A. in Health and Human Kinetics with an exercise science and pre-physical therapy pathway. I understand the importance of flexibility and mobility when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle and moving pain free. Fun fact about me is I played two years of college soccer and one year overseas. I also enjoy playing guitar and acting. I look forward to being part of your health and wellness journey, and helping you reach your mobility goals!

      Hi, I’m Jillian, and I am a Flexologist with a passion for helping others improve their daily life. I grew up in Buffalo but moved to Rochester to complete my bachelor’s degree in psychology at RIT. With a degree in psychology, I was able to understand how the mind and body work together to promote overall health and well-being. Through working at the RIT fitness center, co-leading a “women in weightlifting” club, and becoming a personal trainer, I could promote client’s goals and turn them into achievements. I grew up horseback riding, and now enjoy powerlifting, walking, and hiking. Through StretchLab, I look forward to working together to reach your mobility, strength, and flexibility goals!

      Rebekah is a seasoned yoga teacher with 10 years of guiding others toward balance and strength. A performer at heart—singer, dancer, actress—she infuses her practice with creativity and flow. Also a Reiki practitioner and herbalist, she brings a soulful, holistic touch to everything she does, empowering others to move, heal, and thrive.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
