      Eli
      Eli
      Flexologist
Eli has been with StretchLab South Loop for over 3 years and has extensive experience in providing personalized programming for her 1-on-1 assisted stretching clients. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology at UIC and spent 3+ years in the rehabilitation and recovery space prior to joining StretchLab. Eli also has her personal training certification, but has recently turned her career focus toward a different field with a long-term goal of becoming a project manager. With StretchLab, Eli loves working one-on-one with her members and clients to give you the ability to accomplish your daily activities and hobbies with less pain and greater freedom of movement. Eli was originally drawn to fitness and wellness by an increased awareness of her own genetic risk factors. This led her to make some drastic life changes of her own, embracing rock climbing, biking, pilates, yoga and running to take an active role in her own health and decrease those risks. She can’t wait to support and empower you to do the same!
