I have been a Personal Trainer for athletes on the track and in the weight room for 10 years. I am also a Yoga and fitness class instructor. I played college football at Dartmouth. I am a Decathlete, and a hopeful for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for Javelin. I really enjoy anything where I get to be active! I am an adventurer at heart, so I love hiking and exploring new trails and areas. I love StretchLab because it gets straight to the heart of helping people improve their bodies and move better. It allows me to work 1-on-1 with people in a pure form and therefore allowing them to better express themselves through movement.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. In highschool I discovered weight training and developed my passion for powerlifting. I am constantly looking for new techniques to further my weightlifting skills and challenge myself. If I'm not in the gym you'll probably find me relaxing at home with a good book, or binge watching a new tv series. I love working in such a welcoming and caring environment at StretchLab. My goal is always to help people in whatever way I can, and StretchLab gives me the platform to do that.

I am a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I have worked in the fitness industry on both the corporate and Trainer side for 7 years. I love impacting people’s lives by getting to know them on a deeper level and hearing all about their life stories. I believe this is an essential part of my drive to help people, recover faster, relieve pain, and overall enhance life so that their stories can keep being written! Outside of StretchLab, you’ll find me on the mats at a jujitsu gym, drinking coffee, playing music way too loud, or working on a sketch that’s probably driving me nuts. Let’s look forward to feeling better and helping YOU live long!

I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science. I previously worked in healthcare administration for several years and know first hand the effects of sitting at a desk all day can have on the body. That experience pushed me to pursue a career that focuses on a more holistic approach to overall well-being. I love helping people on their journey of becoming the healthiest versions of themselves connecting the importance of body movements, and eating patterns to overall health. In my free time you can find me training Muay Thai, at the beach or spending time with friends and family. Working at StretchLab is amazing because it allows me to help make a difference in so many lives. When people physically feel better, that trickles down to all other areas of their lives and improves overall wellbeing. I love helping people & playing a role on their journey of being their best selves!

I am a Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour trained yoga teacher with a degree in Psychosomatic Healing. I was a competitive Crossfit Trainer in 2015 before injuries and skeletal misalignment changed my focus in bodywork to sustainability and healing. I completed the Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour teacher training and began teaching yoga, breath-work, and meditation. I earned a degree in Psychosomatic Healing, and have worked extensively with recovering addicts. For years on the Hawaiian islands, I taught full-time as a yoga instructor, had private trauma therapy clients, and furthered my knowledge with training in Yin, Pranayama, and Kundalini. You can find me on the mat, in the garden, on a surfboard, or in the kitchen; emanating presence, love, and bliss. Stretchlab is a beautiful vehicle for healing and the connections we build go beyond simply physical! It is a family that cultivates positivity and the contagious energy of becoming our selves.

I am a former Division 1 rugby player from Saint Mary’s College of California and a certified ACSM personal trainer. As a young athlete, I picked up a love for weightlifting and improving my physical fitness. I am always seeking new physical challenges and the chance to learn about new disciplines. At home, I enjoy reading, hiking, and working on film photography. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with the members at Stretchlab. My goal is to help each member better understand their body’s unique needs, empowering them to feel comfortable and confident. There’s nothing better than having the ability to help others meet their goals and feel their absolute best.

I’ve been a yoga instructor for three years, primarily teaching Hatha yoga to combat sport practitioners. My journey began with a passion for helping athletes balance their strength with flexibility, mobility, and recovery. My background in Hatha yoga allows me to offer a slow, deliberate practice focused on alignment, breath control, and mindful movement, helping fighters build the flexibility and mental focus needed for their sport. Working with this group has given me a deep understanding of how to tailor yoga practices to meet the specific needs of athletes, helping them improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance their overall performance. Outside of work I enjoy boxing, hiking, yoga, and walking my English bulldog. When I’m not doing that I enjoy watching MMA and boxing. What I love about StretchLab is how we help people feel their best by offering personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. It's amazing to see clients improve their flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall mobility. Being part of a team that genuinely cares about each person's progress and wellness is incredibly rewarding!

I have a bachelor degree in Management from Texas A&M University, an ACE Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, & hold an Exercise Physiology and Nutrition certification from UCSD. I have been the owner of Forever Fit San Diego, an outdoor personal and group training company for 17 years. I truly believe that health and fitness begins within and that we can all become stronger athletes in the sport of LIFE. My goal working with people in fitness is not only to live a long life, I want them to THRIVE in every decade. I love being outdoors and I love learning! You will always find me reading something for fun and something to help me grow. I’m an avid Padres fan, college football fan (Go Aggies!) and tennis fan. I have three adult kids all currently living out of state so my favorite moments are having my family together. StretchLab is an environment where we never stop sharing and learning from one another. I have the opportunity to help a wide variety of people move better, perform better and feel better. Stretching is an underappreciated component of health and fitness; a real game changer! I love helping people stay in the game of life by continuing to be able to do those things they love most.
