      Hi everyone! My name is Sheena Bowden. I am a personal trainer and am active in CrossFit. I Gavin live in Vegas for about 7 years now but am originally from South Dakota. I have 2 beautiful children 14 and 10. My passion in life It’s to help people in whatever capacity they need. One of my greatest joys is seeing people getting healthier. My goal is to have the most positive impact I can on the lives of the people I work with, helping them become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.

      Hi everyone, I'm Twanna. I'm a NASM/ AFAA personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I'm originally from NYC but I lived in Las Vegas for 18 years now and I love it here. My passion is to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle by sharing my knowledge. I believe fitness is therapy for your mind and body. Give your body what it needs to function properly and it will take care of you. What I love most about being a Flexologist is that I see clients getting instant results. They leave the StretchLab feeling more flexible, happier and pain free. When I'm not at the StretchLab I still teach group fitness classes and I participate in dance fitness classes like Zumba, Commit and MixxedFit.

      Hello everyone, my name is Hannah, and I would like to share a little about myself. At age 3 I began dancing, I swiftly fell in love with the art form and became more committed to achieving my dream of becoming a professional ballerina. At aged 8 I auditioned to become a Junior Associate of The Royal Ballet School, so, for the next two years, I would train once a month with them. This training was wonderful! So much information and such a challenge, I was very tight so stretching was implemented as a part of my daily life, it was as natural as breakfast, lunch and dinner! At age 11 I successfully auditioned to become a full time member of The Royal Ballet School, and left home to pursue my dream! I continued in full time training until graduating at 18 and beginning my professional career. Most of my time training was spent in Ballet class, however, when not found at the barre, I was studying Pilates, Anatomy and Physiology, and gaining my dance teacher qualifications. Dedicating my life to dance has gifted me with a finely tuned skill to analyze movement and the way in which each body articulates, then I am able to work to correct posture, alignment and symmetry within the body, utilizing a combination of stretching, strengthening, proprioception work and increasing natural awareness of how one's body moves. I fell in love with Stretch Lab as it brings awareness to one of the most crucial aspects of maintaining good health! A lack of mobility can wreak havoc in our lives, storing stress and tension within our bodies and minds. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and the journey begins on the bench! I’m looking forward to meeting you and formulating a pathway to achieving your goals!

      My name is Jesus everyone calls me Zeus. My passion for movement started really early. Playing competitive sports since the second grade. My family was very obese and had a horrible sense of health and fitness. Seeing my grandma struggle to move around with a bad knee and hip, sort of awakened the healer in me. After high school, I joined a massage therapy program. Shortly after I joined the Marine Corps, and can thank my drill instructors for motivating me to become a personal trainer. Since then I've been helping others lose weight, build strength, and live a healthier lifestyle. I look forward to working with you and am ready to help.

Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
