Holly
Flexologist
Holly joins us as a certified athletic trainer of over 20 years, with Masters degree in Sports Medicine. She is a mother, who also coaches track, sharing her time with us, improving mobility in adults during the day, before her afternoon obligations.
Holly competed as a successful NCAA Division 1 pole vaulter, who spent much time learning and healing in the athletic training room. There is where she first learned PNF stretching. She understands the importance of balance between strength and flexibility, and recognizes the benefits of great mobility for performance in sport and everyday life.
In 2003 Holly’s mom was diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Holly spent much time over three years stretching her mother, for an increased quality of life, until the disease took her mother away.
Holly joins us now to help prevent suffering from individuals like her mother, and to help individuals of all athletic ability move and compete better.
