Please meet John, one of our newest Flexologists! John is a lifelong traveler, adventurer, and fitness junkie. He’s been to all fifty US states, Machu Picchu, Mount Everest, and backpacked Western Europe. John trained in meditation at a Himalayan monastery and got his 200 hour yoga certification at a school on the banks of the Ganges River in India, The Vinyasa Yoga School. He has several years of teaching experience in yoga, as well. In his spare time, he is building an off-grid homestead here in New Mexico. We are so happy to have John on our Team at StretchLab Santa Fe!

Katia has a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and has plans to attend PT school next fall. She currently works as a Therapy Technician assisting patients with general exercises and therapeutic modalities. She loves connecting with anyone she interacts with and will try her best to lighten the mood. Katia has been a year round athlete since grade school and loves to stay active now, whether in the gym or on a hike!

JD has more than 18 years of experience in Massage Therapy with everyone from Olympic Sprinters to X Games medalists. He specialized in trigger point and deep tissue massage and enjoys incorporating some of those techniques into his stretches. When he isn't stretching, he can be found cycling, motorcycling, or painting. He looks forward to helping you reach your potential.

Heather is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instuctor and she has been teaching for over 7 years. She is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and her favorite modality is Restorative Yin Yoga. Heather has worked as a health coach and is currently pursuing her degree in Nursing from The University of New Mexico. She is a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner and is passionate about the benefits of meditation and breathwork. Heather’s past experience includes managing two large yoga studios in San Diego, California. She is originally from New Mexico and received her degree in Conservation Biology and Sustainability Studies from The University of New Mexico in 2015. This is Rafael! He has a background in Ayurvedic body therapies, Yoga sequences catered to the needs of the individual with the addition of meditation and breathing exercises, and Reiki to harmonize the body. Rafael also conducts wellness consultations to help others with diet/ lifestyle suggestions, herbs and astrological insights. Currently attending school to become an Licensed Massage Therapist, he is eager to learn all that he can about the body, health and wellness to share it with those around him. In his spare time, you can find Rafael making music, hiking and enjoying the Santa Fe area. He is also bilingual in Spanish and English. Book your session with him today!

Please meet Avery! She grew up in Colorado before attending the University of Arizona and receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. While in Tucson, she also received her ACE group fitness and 200-hour yoga certifications. Avery loves taking care of her patients and clients as if they were family and enjoys learning everything she can about well-being. In her free time, you can find Avery in the gym, frolicking outdoors, or hanging out with her cat, Loaf. Book your stretch with Avery today!

Alessandra is a 200-hour RYS-certified yoga instructor, barre instructor, teacher trainer, certified Le Cordon Bleu chef, and holistic nutritionist. Her passions include yoga—not only practicing but leading others in their practice. She loves staying active. Cooking is another important part of her life—having been plant-based for 10 years, she cooks whole, nutritional meals for her loved ones. She was born in California and recently moved to Santa Fe from Los Angeles. She and her partner have a dog named Billie, which she is very passionate about! Allow me to introduce you to Andrew! He is passionate about helping others improve their lives via exercise, meditation, breathing, stretching, and other health and wellness tools! Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology as well as acquiring 2000 hours of administering therapeutic modalities I the physical therapy field. He is also trained in Medical Spinal Decompression and Radial Pressure Therapy. In the past, he has provided wellness coaching to enhance patient health, mobility, and recovery. Allow me to introduce you to Ben! Ben is an educator, poet, and yoga instructor focusing on hatha & restorative yoga practices for a decade. Ben trained in meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and the physical asanas at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre just north of Montreal (500-hour certificate). Ben incorporates this attention to breath & mindfulness into the stretch work at StretchLab and is dedicated to making people feel restored & in their bodies.

This is Faye! She is a former professional ballet dancer with American Ballet Theatre, starred on Broadway, and guested around the world. She began her healing practice as a Hellerwork Practitioner in 2005 and has helped hundreds of people come into greater ease, grace, and alignment of body, mind, and spirit through the power of connection to Self and Embodied Confidence. Faye is also a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga teacher, a certified personal trainer, and a leadership and embodied confidence coach and speaker. Outside of her calling to help bring precision, clarity and calm to humanity in its evolutionary movement, she enjoys continuing her personal growth, exploring the outdoors with her rescue dog, and traveling.
