      AJ's journey into the health and fitness industry began after high school. He attended Orange Coast College and then transferred to Cal State Fullterton. While at CSUF, he learned about human movement, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. During college and after, he worked alongside physical therapists helping patients through orthopedic pre/post surgical conditions getting them back to living their lives. AJ has a personal training certification and stretch therapist certification. AJ's mission is to help each client/patient achieve his or her goals no matter what it may be: reducing pain, becoming more flexible, relieving stress or simply taking the steps to living a healthier life.

      Jordan was born and raised in Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) He has been a flexologist at our studio since the day we first opened and has worked alongside experienced Physical Therapists in clinics as an aide. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and is in the process of continuing his education to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In his free time, he loves to go to the gym, ride his road bike, boulder, snowboard, and visit his family back home when he can...especially his Pug, Blue!

      Ely's trifecta approach to wellness involves bringing balance in terms of fitness, nutrition, and stress management. He has over 14 years of instructional and personal training experience ranging from martial arts to sport specific training. Ely is also a state licensed massage therapist, AAAI certified trainer, and mixed martial arts instructor specializing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, grecko-roman wrestling, judo and boxing. In addition to his experience, Ely has 10 years competing at a high level in collegiate wrestling and grappling and as a mixed martial artist.

      Maren is a Doctor of Physical Thereapy student at Chapman University. She is interested in pursuing Orthopedics or Pediatrics. She enjoys working at StretchLab because she is able to solidify concepts learned in class in a real environment. She enjoys discussing the benefit of stretching and exercise to her clients while stretching them. In her free time, she likes going to the beach and exploring Orange County.

      General Manager and Flexologist
      Lori has been with StretchLab San Clemente since the beginning! She started her StretchLab career as a Flexologist and has now moved into a management role. Lori is a Certified Personal Trainer and also holds a certificate in Corrective Exercise. She started her own training business in 2012 and continued training clients for over 11 years. Lori is a busy mom of 3 boys. Her oldest attends the University of Utah and her 2 other boys attend San Clemente High School. She enjoys watching her boys play football and Lacrosse for the Tritons. When she’s not at work or sitting in the bleachers, she enjoys spending time at the beach or going for hikes around Orange County. As an Arizona native, she enjoys being outside in the cool California temperatures.

      Bri is extremely passionate about helping guide you towards the healthiest version of yourself! She's been a personal trainer for over 5+ years, has a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and is certified in flexibility and stretching. She plans to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the future. She loves functional movement like weightlifting, yoga, pilates and hiking. She also loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and dog. She understands the importance of helping others create a healthy lifestyle despite one's health conditions and is excited to help you move better!

      Destiny earned her Bachelor's in Kinesiology at San Diego State University. She is currently working towards her Physical Therapist Assistant license at Cerritos College. She is excited aobut applying to the Doctorate of Physical Thereapy program next summer. She has worked as a physical therapy aide for a geriatric population aiming to restore their level of function and maximize their independence. Destiny's goal is to empower people with the benefits of rehabilitation, stretching, and exercise to improve their quality and longevity of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, reading and weightlifting.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
