      Nick is a graduate of Montclair State University, with a B.S in exercise science and a concentration in clinical practices. He has experience as a Physical Therapist Aide as well as teaching as a swim instructor. Nick has a passion for fitness, sports, and wanting to help others. He is pursuing a career as an Occupational Therapist and attends Dominican College's Graduate OT Program. Nick believes StretchLab is an excellent place to achieve an individual's fitness potential through our highly trained staff to help with injury recovery and prevention.

      Jonathan graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S in Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical and Pre-Professional Studies. He has experience as a physical therapy aide as well a soccer trainer and coach. Jonathan is an aspiring physical therapist. His goal is to help people of all ages progress with their daily life activities, athletic performance, and recovery. Jon is still active by playing tennis, soccer, & weightlifting. At Stretch Labs he strives to help everyone in anyway he can that walks through those doors.

      Avery is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Helping people feel well both physically and mentally is his calling! Being an experienced certified fitness trainer has given him many opportunities and the skills to bring wellness to others. Outside of work, Avery enjoys weight lifting, playing basketball, and also has an eye for photography. Avery is dedicated to improve his skills and abilities to help clients build their optimal potential through flexibility and mobility.

      Tyler graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology. His passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve their goals led him to become a certified personal trainer through NASM. He believes that a well-designed flexibility program is essential for optimizing recovery and enhancing functional movement, both in the gym and in daily life. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys weightlifting, watching sports, and reading comics. He is dedicated to empowering his clients to reach their full potential and live healthier, more active lives.

      Kaitlyn is a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. In search of a new and more mindful professional experience, Pilates offered her a sense of control and stability in a period of uncertainty. After only a few months of classes, Kaitlyn discovered the inspiring opportunities available within the Pilates world as an instructor. Passionate about continuous education in the evolution of Pilates and fitness, Kaitlyn is committed to supporting, inspiring, and empowering others to achieve their goals. This dedication led her to become a Flexologist at StretchLab, where the values of personalized care, functional movement, and holistic wellness perfectly aligned with her experiences and fitness philosophy. Kaitlyn is CPR/AED certified, mat Pilates and reformer Pilates certified, and NASM group fitness instructor certified.

      Torin is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, with additional experience as a kickboxing and soccer coach. With a strong background in martial arts and competitive soccer, Torin brings a well-rounded athletic perspective to his work. He has interned as a strength and conditioning coach, where he helped athletes improve their mobility, flexibility, and performance. Outside of StretchLab, Torin enjoys practicing martial arts, strength training, and spending time outdoors. He is passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives through intentional stretching and recovery.

      Angelina is a recent graduate of Rutgers University–New Brunswick with a degree in Exercise Science. She has hands-on experience as a Physical Therapy Aide and loves staying active through weightlifting, rock climbing, Muay Thai, and yoga. Passionate about a holistic approach to wellness, Angelina blends elements of both Eastern and Western medicine, believing that true health starts with listening to the body. She’s excited to help clients at StretchLab improve flexibility, enhance movement, and feel their best both physically and mentally.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
