      Nick is a graduate of Montclair State University, with a B.S in exercise science and a concentration in clinical practices. He has experience as a Physical Therapist Aide as well as teaching as a swim instructor. Nick has a passion for fitness, sports, and wanting to help others. He is pursuing a career as an Occupational Therapist and attends Dominican College's Graduate OT Program. Nick believes StretchLab is an excellent place to achieve an individual's fitness potential through our highly trained staff to help with injury recovery and prevention.

      Anderson is a Flexologist here at StretchLab Ridgewood! He is currently studying to get a degree in Health and Exercise Science. He will later be pursuing a degree in Biology. He has multiple certifications in Strength and Conditioning from the International Sports Association. He is a former personal trainer at LA Fitness and has vast experience. He states, " StretchLab gives me the opportunity to gain more experience in the field that I love."

      Jonathan graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S in Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical and Pre-Professional Studies. He has experience as a physical therapy aide as well a soccer trainer and coach. Jonathan is an aspiring physical therapist. His goal is to help people of all ages progress with their daily life activities, athletic performance, and recovery. Jon is still active by playing tennis, soccer, & weightlifting. At Stretch Labs he strives to help everyone in anyway he can that walks through those doors.

      Avery is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Helping people feel well both physically and mentally is his calling! Being an experienced certified fitness trainer has given him many opportunities and the skills to bring wellness to others. Outside of work, Avery enjoys weight lifting, playing basketball, and also has an eye for photography. Avery is dedicated to improve his skills and abilities to help clients build their optimal potential through flexibility and mobility.

      Mathew is a Montclair State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has experience as a Physical Therapy Aide. He has volunteered in the outpatient cardiac department at Hackensack University Medical Center and plans to apply to physical therapy school in the near future. Outside of work, Mathew enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, and paintballing on the weekend. Mathew is dedicated to advancing his skills to provide the best care and support to those in need.

      Cat has a strong background in dance, yoga, volleyball, and sports medical training. She is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Cat learned at a very young age the importance of daily stretching & mobility exercises. She is incredibly passionate about well rounded recovery via the mind, body, soul connection, and is a Certified Vegan Nutrition Health Coach, Deep Tissue Masseuse, and Reiki Master. Cat likes to “lead by example,” so on the weekends you can find her outside doing yoga, tai chi, hiking, learning new ways to improve her own flexibility or in the kitchen whipping up fresh ginger shots for the week!

      Tyler graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology. His passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve their goals led him to become a certified personal trainer through NASM. He believes that a well-designed flexibility program is essential for optimizing recovery and enhancing functional movement, both in the gym and in daily life. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys weightlifting, watching sports, and reading comics. He is dedicated to empowering his clients to reach their full potential and live healthier, more active lives.

      Marck is a graduate of William Paterson University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He is currently pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist. Marck interned as a physical therapy aide at Hackensack University Medical Center's cardiac rehab center. He is passionate about helping clients improve their flexibility and overall health. In his free time, Marck enjoys playing volleyball, watching basketball, and working out at the gym. Marck strives to provide the highest level of care. He believes strongly in the benefits of stretching and rehabilitation for enhancing quality of life.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
