      My Name is Anthony Hatrick and I have been working in the Fitness and Health Industry for over a decade with education in Biomechanics, Anatomy and Physiology. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I worked at Equinox Fitness Club specializing in Trigger Point Myofascial Compression, Restorative Poses, Progressive Bodyweight Training, and Vipr Training. I also worked in Orthopedics at NYU at the Men’s Health Center in Manhattan and Yale New Haven Health working with patients by applying custom braces to protect or prevent injuries. I utilize every aspect of my education and hands-on experience to enhance the quality of life for individuals by improving their Mobility, Flexibility and Range of motion. I am excited to help clients at Strethlab to improve areas and to improve their overall health.

      Hi everyone my name is Payton! I graduated with my Bachelors in Kinesiology (human movement) from Gordon College. I am looking forward to continuing my education and receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have been in a clinical setting for 3 years as a physical therapy aide. A little fun fact about me is that I was a multisport athlete throughout high-school and college. I played both ice and field hockey, softball, and ran track. I am originally from Chicago and recently moved to Connecticut with my family. I am looking forward to working with you all and furthering your goals!

I was born and raised in New York and I love to cook!  As I start my journey here at StretchLab in Ridgefield CT, I am determined to help people improve their quality of life and overall, well being.

      Hello, my name is Tim! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM for a year, I graduated in 2022 with my bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and just recently graduated with a Masters degree in Athletic Training in 2024. I have a passion for sports injury, rehabilitation, and health and wellness. I joined the Stretchlab team because I love to help people become the best version of themselves! I like to spend my free time playing golf and participating in the Danbury Industrial Softball League. I am very excited to be a part of the team and I look forward to seeing you in the studio!

      Hi there, I’m Alyssa. I’m a yoga teacher and movement guide, with over a decade of experience teaching both Vinyasa and restorative practices. I’ve always felt most at home in my body—moving, exploring, and listening to what it needs. I graduated with a degree in Communication Arts and spent time working in television, but the stillness of that world didn’t quite match my desire to move!. Yoga found me during that time, and what began as a personal refuge quickly became something much deeper, a way of living, breathing, and connecting. Now, I bring that same intention into my work at StretchLab. My approach blends strength and softness, helping clients feel more open, supported, and at ease in their bodies. Whether you’re here to increase flexibility, recover, or simply reconnect, I’m here to meet you where you are and guide you forward, one breath, one stretch at a time.

      My name is Josh McMinn. I’m a senior at Springfield College, studying Applied Exercise Science and will be attending the University of Hartford starting in the summer studying physical therapy. I have a wide range of experience in the realm of health and fitness, exercise physiology, and biomechanics/kinesiology. I have experience in the weight room, training kids from middle school to professional athletes, mostly baseball players, and I have played baseball all of my life. My goal after graduate school is to help athletes in their rehabilitation journey and get them back on the field/court as soon as possible. Here at StretchLab, I will do everything in my power to help achieve your goals, and educate you on the importance of flexibility and training as well. I look forward to meeting you in studio!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
