Flexologist
My name is Alvin and I am a former multi-sport athlete who played Football at Idaho State University from 2016-2018. My journey toward earning a scholarship at ISU began when I became a varsity letterman in all three (Football, Basketball, and track) by my Junior year of High school. During my time at Gulf Coast High, I was able to break a couple of records in both Tracks (4x1) and Powerlifting while achieving All-county status in Track. During my time at ISU, I was recognized for my time at ISU, I was recognized for my dedication and perseverance by being honored with the first-ever Marcus Jackson Award, which is given to individuals who overcome adversity with strength and courage. During this time completely immersed myself in the world of fitness. I initially worked with youth aged 5-18, focusing on biomechanics and sport-specific movements once I returned to Florida. Now, I progressed into helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals with my expertise in lifting techniques, biomechanics, and stretching. My background as an athlete provides valuable support and perspective to my clients. The passion I've obtained over the last decade for sports and fitness is unwavering and I'm dedicated to leading an active and healthy lifestyle. I firmly believe that fitness should be both enjoyable and challenging. Through my work at StretchLab, I inspire others to achieve their full potential.
