      Hi I’m Akash! I recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from Macquarie University. Over the years I’ve gained a passion for movement, how the body adapts to changes, and a deep commitment to wellness and health. I believe that creating a supportive, respectful space is just as important as the physical work we do together. With a background in human anatomy and a love for fitness, I focus on helping each person feel more mobile, confident, and in tune with their body. Outside the studio, I love staying active outdoors, exploring new travel spots, or immersed in fitness and sports.

      Hi, I’m Jovana! I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Performance and Injury Management. Throughout my academic journey, I worked in biomechanics and locomotor research labs, gaining a deep understanding of human movement. I also worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant, where I supported clients one-on-one in promoting mobility, managing injuries, and regaining confidence in their bodies. Movement has always been a core part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others feel stronger, more mobile, and empowered in their everyday activities. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors hiking or exploring nature. What I enjoy about StretchLab is the incredible environment where movement meets recovery. It’s rewarding to be part of a community that prioritizes wellness and supports people in achieving their flexibility and mobility goals, one stretch at a time!

      Hi, I’m Farrah! I studied Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Science at Western University and recently completed my Master’s in Mental Health and Mental Skills in Sport and Exercise while living abroad in Ireland. Over the years, I’ve worked as a fitness instructor for older adults and as a coach for youth volleyball and basketball, which gave me the chance to support people of all ages in building confidence and strength through movement. I love to stay active through weight training, running, and spin classes. What I enjoy most about working at StretchLab and being a flexologist is being able to combine my passion for movement, wellness and mental performance to help people feel their best and move more freely.

      Hi, I’m Maaz! I’m a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with a strong background in human movement, rehabilitation, and performance-based training. My passion for mobility and recovery comes from both my academic training in kinesiology and hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients, from athletes and post-injury individuals to those simply looking to move better and feel stronger in their daily lives. I enjoy my role at StretchLab because it allows me to combine hands-on work, movement education, and individualized programming. I focus on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and move with greater confidence by addressing movement quality, joint function, and long-term sustainability. I believe meaningful progress comes from understanding how the body moves and building consistency over time, not just temporary relief. My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their movement journey. Outside the studio, I enjoy strength training, playing sports, and continually learning more about human performance and movement science.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training. All of our Stretch Practitioners have a Kinesiology background. In your 25- or 50-minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained Stretch Practitioners who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. Perfect for anyone looking to relieve tension, decrease pain and muscle stress. Assisted stretching will help sports performance and increase range of motion for everyone!
