      Maile has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science. Before working with StretchLab, she was a physical therapy aide. She is very passionate about helping people with a holistic approach and is currently a graduate student, pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Maile hopes all of her clients can walk out of the studio with smiles and relief.

      Joseline graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A in Dance. She is a dancer, choreographer, and stretch therapist. She loves to travel and go on adventures. She is passionate about wellness and loves to make people feel good about their bodies one stretch or dance at a time!

      Ina has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida International University and practiced as a registered Physiotherapist in Jamaica for over 17 years. She has represented Jamaica as an elite cyclist and triathlete and currently has her Level 1 World Triathlon Coaching Certificate. In her career, she has utilised the PNF technique for professional and amateur athletes, which has proven to be very useful for recovery and rehabilitation. In 2021, she travelled to Lima, Peru as the Team Manager for the Jamaica Elite Track Cycling Team, which competed in the Pan American Track Cycling Championships

      Dr. Debra D.C., a graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential through movement and well-being. With a holistic, heart-centered approach, she/they blend expertise and care to guide you toward better flexibility and balance. Outside of the studio, Dr. Debra D.C. is an adventurer at heart—whether trekking through nature, hitting the slopes for skiing, or lighting up a karaoke stage. A session with Dr. Debra is where science meets the art of stretching, creating a customized experience that your body will thank you for.

      Oskar graduated from Cal State East Bay where he received his bachelor's in Kinesiology. He has a background in fitness coaching. In his free time, he likes to watch sports and do photography. Also speaks Spanish

      Haitao studied Kinesiology at the Shanghai University of Sports and is a Sports Management Graduate from the University of Georgia. He is a former Student-Athlete in Rock Climbing (China), and a NCAA Division II Badminton Tournament Player. He has over 10 years of experience in Athletic Training and Stretching. Haitao is dedicated to helping clients unleash their best potential through personalized flexibility programs. Also Speaks Mandarin

      Oscar has his B.S. in Exercise Science from Cal State University Northridge. He is an ACE-certified personal trainer and also has over 3 years of experience working in physical therapy clinics as a PT Aide. He is currently working towards obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. Outside of work and school, he trains in kickboxing, enjoys the outdoors, and trying new foods.

      Yi brings a unique blend of massage therapy and creative life coaching to StretchLab, where they are passionate about helping clients move more freely in both body and life. A graduate of the National Holistic Institute with expertise in both Western and Eastern massage techniques, Yi has also received specialized training in oncology massage, TMJ-focused therapies, and percussive treatment. Outside of the studio, Yi loves exploring new ways to move, create art, and seek adventure with friends. Having fulfilled a long-time dream of spending 80 days hiking, kayaking, and climbing in South America, Yi is now excited to continue their outdoor adventures back in California.       Clarke's passion for bodywork and exercise science began at a young age. During high school football when most kids are looking to get on the football field, Clarke spent those years as a student athletic trainer, attending every football practice and developing skills in sports rehabilitation. After graduating, Clarke pursued education at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, graduating in 2022. Specializing in trigger point therapy and myofascial release, Clarke works with clients from diverse backgrounds and activity levels to improve their health, mobility, and overall wellness.

      Ronja (they/them) has a background in dance and somatic education. They believe in the body's innate intelligence and our lifelong capacity to learn, grow, and heal. Ronja is a graduate of the Moving On Center School for Participatory Arts and Somatic Research and holds an MFA in Dance. When not at StretchLab, you can find them performing with NAKA Dance Theater and other Bay Area companies, and teaching as an adjunct professor in the Dance program at St Mary’s College.

      Winston graduated from the University of the Pacific with a BS in biology. Before StetchLab he worked as a physical therapist aide and is currently pursuing a career as a physical therapist. Some fun facts about Winston is that he swam Division 1 in college and he loves to climb and weightlift!

      Devine is a Bay Area native with a dynamic movement practice blending Yoga Gyrokinesis, Silvestre technique, and Modern Dance. As a kinesiologist, she passionately supports and empowers others in discovering balance, strength, and growth. Devine teaches Children's dance at the Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts in Oakland and has a deep love of learning that keeps her work constantly evolving. As a dancer, she is still actively performing in the Bay Area and has traveled the world learning various modalities and techniques, which she eagerly looks forward to sharing.

      Teiler brings a wealth of expertise to StretchLab, holding a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. With hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist Aide and five years as a personal trainer, she is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through movement and rehabilitation. Outside of the studio, Teiler loves diving into the world of magic and fantasy through audiobooks, and when she's not indoors, you can find her embracing the outdoors doing things like hiking or white water rafting. Overall Teiler is passionate about staying active and wants to help the community do the same.

      Marica is a dancer, musician, and stretch therapist. She earned her BA in Russian, Arabic, Theater Dance, and Performance Studies at UC Berkeley and was trained at the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts. She's an athletic artsy nerd passionate about movies, books, travel, martial arts, and helping people reach their mobility goals through stretching, visualization, and breathwork. Also speaks Arabic(Palestinian Dialect) & Russian

      Jordyn attended Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and received a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. He has a mixed movement practice, including weightlifting,animal flow, and calisthenics. He is passionate about learning and sharing new ways to move,heal, and be with the body. He looks forward to working with you to achieve your own goals and find new possibilities within your body.

      Lola is a certified massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in various massage techniques, particularly in acupressure and deep tissue, nutrition, and prenatal massage. She completed 500 hours and earned her certificate from the School of Healing Touch. Lola believes stretching exercises are essential for maintaining one’s health and well-being. A few years ago, she was diagnosed with Sciatica. She learned how stretching can heal not only the nerves in the lower back but throughout the entire body. It has greatly improved her movement since then, and she hopes to do the same for her clients.

      Dr. Dayjon, D.C. journey to health and wellness started on the football field and in the classroom, where he earned a biology degree from Benedict College. His career took a unique turn when he worked as an intern at Lawrence Livermore Lab and continues to assist the federal government on call, handling decontamination cleanups around the Bay Area. However, his passion for health brought him back to the wellness industry, and he went on to earn his doctorate from Life Chiropractic College West. With big dreams, Dr. Dayjon aims to open a comprehensive practice that blends chiropractic care, massage therapy, physical therapy, and acupuncture under one roof. In the meantime, he looks forward to meeting and helping people move and feel better so they can live a more fruitful life

      Daniel has a BA in Psychology and Sociology at UCSB, and a Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness Management from St. Mary’s College of California. He is a certified Low Back Specialist (NCSF), a Strength & Conditioning Coach and has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do (Superior Martial Arts). Daniel is a passionate Flexologist with a background in health, wellness, and spiritual practices. Daniel integrates diverse techniques into his stretching sessions which allows him to build deep, trusting relationships with clients at StretchLab. Daniel's journey includes significant time spent traveling and learning various healing modalities with a native Medicine Man in Nayarit, Mexico. This global perspective enhances his ability to offer a balanced, holistic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Daniel combines his passion and knowledge to help clients improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. His holistic methods and diverse background ensure a comprehensive and personalized experience.

      Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, recently completed her Associate’s in Physical Therapy Assistance, and is pursuing her PTA license. Her passion lies in assisting individuals to return to their daily activities pain-free and with improved mobility. Outside work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dog.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
