I graduated from Keene State College with my M.A. in Special Education and am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Outside of StretchLab, I nanny part time for a family that I have been with for 6 years now. In my spare time, I like to exercise and run. For fun I like to go bowling, go to the beach, snowboard, and mountain bike! I enjoy working with high schoolers to retirees! It feels really rewarding to hear how much better people feel after coming in to get stretched and to see the various improvements in mobility and flexibility over all age levels. Fun fact, I'm in a bowling league!

I graduated from the University of Maine, B.A. in Psychology. Other certifications I hold include RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, C-IAYT credentialed Yoga Therapist, TIYT - Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist, and IIN Health Coach. Outside of StretchLab, I teach yoga virtually through Bangor Adult Education during the school year. I also meet with people individually (mainly virtual) for Yoga Therapy and Health Coaching. I’m fascinated by the mind/body connection. I enjoy pretty much anything outdoors - hiking, biking, gardening, kayaking. I also enjoy hanging out with my kids/family at the lake, traveling (domestic and international), and going to shows/concerts. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and diverse age groups but have a soft spot for people in mid-life who are trying to take good care of themselves. Fun fact about me is that I worked as a Private Investigator!

Hi! My name is Hannah and I’m a Certified Flexologist. I have my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology and I’m also a NASM certified Personal Trainer. I trained clients in person for 2.5 years before moving from Arkansas to Maine and now I offer training programs virtually through my business ELAN Performance & Wellness. I enjoy being active and spending quality time with family and friends especially in a competitive setting. Though I enjoy athletics I also have a creative side! I did competitive dance for 9 years, draw/paint and was previously involved in marketing/design for UCA Baseball. Fun fact about me is I love to learn. If I haven’t previously dealt with a condition a client of mine is dealing with I LOVE to research it and use myself as a Guinea Pig until I figure it out. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clientele in personal training/assisted stretching so whether you’re someone rehabbing a surgery, looking for sport specific relief, or just looking to move/feel better overall I’d love to work with you!

Hi, my name is Connor, I recently graduated with my degree in Health Science from New England College and the University of Massachusetts Boston. I am currently studying for my CSCS! Being a collegiate lacrosse player, I developed my love for strength, conditioning, and mobility. I continue to teach the game I love, coaching at Messalonskee high school; I also spend time training and advising individuals from various backgrounds helping them achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy powerlifting, bodybuilding, and playing box lacrosse. Outside of training I enjoy hunting, fishing, and getting lost in the woods with my six canine best friends! Fun fact about me: I have backpacked around much of the European continent as well as played hockey in Sweden. I love assisting all clients in striving to be their best. I am a firm believer in relentlessly pursuing your goals. If your dreams don’t scare you - they aren’t big enough!

I graduated from Saint Joesph’s College of Maine with a bachelors in Exercise Science, Health and Wellness Promotion. I am currently certified as a personal trainer through ACSM and I am working on a Health Coaching certification through W.I.T.S. Outside of StretchLab, I recently started as an exercise specialist for IDEXX, working in their health and fitness center assisting employees with exercise plan creation and prescription. I enjoy being active in my free time which can be biking, swimming, walking with my dog, and resistance training. I also enjoy cooking and doing creative activities such as creative writing. I enjoy working with people who believe in the phrase “A healthy life does not happen with just one decision but the culmination of many smaller choices. We all have the power to make small changes which can make big impacts for the future.” Trying to be better and grow everyday is something I personally subscribe to and advocate to others. Something funny about me is that I have a strong ability to improv. Give me a scenario and I can run with it!

Hi, I’m Sara! Nice to meet you! I graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Physical education, with two additional minor degrees, human nutrition and psychology. While pursuing my degree, I worked within the New Balance Recreational Center on campus as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 4 years. After graduating, I worked as a traveling fitness specialist for multiple assisted living and memory care facilities, using education and movement as a tool to create strength and independence for residents. A major focus of mine is using movement as medicine to make daily life/tasks easier and pain free. In my free time, I love to do yoga, lift weights, ski and garden. A fun fact about me- I’m bilingual and I speak Hungarian- szia!

Hi, I’m Kati! I am looking forward to working with you and getting to know you. A little bit about me, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Health, Wellness, and Occupational Studies with a double-minor in Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT-C) and Health, Medicine, and Society in 2023 from the University of New England. I am currently in a Master of Science program for Exercise Physiology with Concordia University Chicago on a full-time online format. I enjoy working out doing CrossFit (I have my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate), weightlifting, and bodybuilding 5-6x a week, as well as mountain biking, hiking, running, walking, and playing with my dog. My dog is a blue-merle Australian Shepherd named Mavrik and he is the most important aspect of my life. Through my studies and working here as a flexologist, I want to share this love of moving and making our bodies move optimally with others to help them move pain-free, recover, and strengthen their body no matter their condition. I want to use this experience to better understand each area of the human body and how the biomechanics work according to a person's certain condition. I look forward to working with you on your goals to give you a greater quality of life and live for longevity! See you on the bench :)

Hey! My name is Janessa! I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with two minors: Human Nutrition and Psychology from the University of Maine. While working towards my degree, I worked for gyms in the area getting my hands dirty in a few different fitness opportunities (training, fitness studies, etc.), which in time brought me back home to start my stretching journey. I worked previously as a stretch therapist and fell in love with the connections you make and how amazing it makes people feel! In my free time, I enjoy walks (especially with my cat!), cycling, weight-lifting, and exploring hidden gems in the city and nature! I hope to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I consider myself a sponge, and I want to be able to learn all the best ways to better help you! Whether you want to regain control over your life, enhance sports performance, or just want to maintain your flexibility for longevity, I want to be that person for you! I’ll see you out there! :)
