      Salvador was originally born and raised in Central America. Salvador started as a professional athlete for 20 year; 10 was as a soccer player and 20 in martial arts. He moved from El Salvador to Los Angeles, CA. He earned his certifications in Physical Therapy, Sport Rehab & Massage Therapy, which allows him to help others. "Salv" has been in the health field for 7 years as a Physical & Massage Therapist as well as a Rehabilitator. Salv specializes in helping people with neck or back pain, and after surgery rehabilitation, therapeutic massage, manual therapy and stretching. When he is not helping others, he spends his free time with his family, training for triathlons, fishing and taking photographs!

      Rachel received her bachelors in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from VA Tech. She has lots of clinical experience working as a physical therapy technician and is currently a graduate student in the athletic training program at Old Dominion University. Rachel would love to work with collegiate athletes, and dreams of volunteering to work at the Olympics. She has always had a passion for athletics and grew up playing many sports, volleyball being her favorite. In her free time she likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with her friends and family. Her interest in stretching stemmed from wanting to improve her own flexibility, and now she is excited to help others reach their goals as well!

      AJ has proudly served in the military for 10 years, where he was a Physical Therapy Technician for the Navy for the last 4 years of his tour, stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and is completing his degree in Sports Medicine at William Paterson University. In AJ’s words: “During my time in the military, I learned so much about rehabilitation and injury prevention, and working with people to help them reach any fitness and life goals they desired. I am an avid weight trainer, and really enjoy hiking, running, going to the beach and having adventures with my rescue pup Spirit. I really enjoy working with people and am excited to grow on this mobility journey.

      Nikki was born and raised in Erie, PA before calling VA Beach her home. She loves being out on the water or anywhere outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and anything fitness related! She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and a minor in Corporate Fraud after switching from Exercise Science. She has since found that nothing compares to being in the fitness industry and is ecstatic to be back as her passion is for fitness, wellness & overall health. While in college she worked as a Sales Associate at Iron Oxygen Fitness & Level Red Boxing in PA. Wanting more, she applied and received the position of Level Red’s Assistant Manager where she also trained to become a group fitness boxing instructor/Motivator. She continued her fitness education by obtaining her NASM Personal Trainer Certification and has plans to gain a few more certifications as well. She believes that a person’s health and wellbeing is the best investment one can make and is looking forward to helping others invest in themselves here at StretchLab Norfolk!

      Welcome Brandy, StretchLab Norfolk's new General Manager! Originally from Mississippi, Brandy is filled with a passion for travel, health & food! She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi where that took her to Spain and France! With her travels, she was able to experience different sets of values and customs. She continued her education with one year of post graduate school with the masters of teaching languages, however during this time, the pandemic hit and she began to realize the importance of health. She discontinued her studies and wanted to venture out. She moved to Virginia in 2022 and started her management career with Enterprise, and now has found her way to StretchLab Norfolk to help others feel better and share the importance of prioritizing health! Some of Brandy’s favorite hobbies are exercising, cooking & traveling!

      Hector was born in Portsmouth, VA, but as a military child, his upbringing took him around the world, exposing him to diverse cultures and experiences. Outside of his studies, Hector is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Currently, Hector is pursuing a Biology degree at T.C.C. while working toward his ultimate goal of enrolling in the Physical Therapy program at Old Dominion University. As a CPT and with hands-on experience as a physical therapy technician, Hector has cultivated a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Driven by the belief that small, consistent habits can create lasting change, Hector is eager to inspire and educate others on the vital role stretching plays in daily life. He is committed to empowering individuals to improve their mobility, prevent injury, and enhance their overall quality of life!

      Dionnah, born and raised in Maryland fell in love with Dance & Sports Performance at a very young age. She graduated from the United States Naval Academy and commissioned as a Naval Officer in 2017. Since then, Dionnah has pursued a background in Health & Fitness as a Dance Instructor for children and adults both in group and private settings. After having her first child, Milani, she became an OCB Body Building competitor and became a Personal Trainer afterwards. Dionnah loves the opportunity to serve others in their wellness and movement needs which eventually led her to become a Flexologist at StretchLab Norfolk!

      Stephanie graduated from Tidewater Community College with a degree in applied sciences and a concentration on occupational therapy. Born and raised in Norfolk, Stephanie is licensed and certified in occupational therapy assisting. She has hands-on experience with acute care therapy, post-acute care therapy as well as IASTM and manual therapy. She continues to practice while continuing her education in the healthcare field. In her free time she likes to bike, walk the beach, camp, hike, bake and watch movies!

      Mea grew up in VA Beach and eventually moved around to pursue her undergrad in Human Biology from New York, and then accomplished her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Florida. Her background in rehabilitation has been the focus of her life. She’s done most of her clinical experiences within the field of: pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, athletics and many more! She loves to use her therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, maintain an individual's motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities. In her free time, she loves to watch anime, learn more about interior designs, and ultimately become a potterist!

      Keira was born and raised in Purcellville, VA before moving down to Norfolk when she started school at Old Dominion University. She is pursuing her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Health & Wellness and will go on to get her masters in Athletic Training. Keira has always been very active and passionate about fitness and athletics, playing numerous sports throughout her life- her favorites being lacrosse and gymnastics. She now coaches gymnastics at Gymstrada, where she loves helping young athletes reach their goals. Keira loves being in the gym lifting each day and continuously seeking ways to enhance her own health and wellness. She is currently working toward certifications in personal training and group fitness instruction at ODU as well! When she’s not around the studio, Keira stays active by playing club lacrosse for ODU, training with the VB Adult Gymnastics League, and enjoying hobbies like golfing and spending quality time with family and friends!
