I am an Integrative Movement Specialist and have my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from LIU Post. Wanting a career in the movement/bodywork modality, I joined StretchLab in 2019. Believing in the company and the important work we do, cemented my role as Lead Flexologist at StretchLab New Hyde Park. I love helping others feel their best so they may continue to do what they need, want and love to do - pain free! In my free time I am a pitbull advocate...I also love being surrounded by my family, wife and pitbull, Jolene.

In May of 2021, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Buffalo. I had the amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with college athletes through my internship under the Athletic Trainer for the SUNY Buffalo Volleyball program. I truly love my role as a Flexologist at StretchLab New Hyde Park. Being a Flexologist provides an opportunity to take part in the growth of each individual client and assist in the improvement of their daily lives. I value the consistent progress that is made during each session. I look forward to being an integral part of the StretchLab community’s continued and committed journey in wellness. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing basketball, and skiing throughout the winter months.

Health, fitness and wellness have always been my passion. I have found it to be a way of life, and a consistent discipline that I am very proud of. My Fitness certifications include AFAA/ NASM and my dance background has given me the opportunity to customize all different kinds of fitness and wellness programs, which allow each of my clients to achieve their respective goals. Since becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab, I have discovered that this is a perfect addition to my fitness background. I adore the interaction I am able to have with my clients, helping people feel better each and everyday is very rewarding.

I am a proud graduate from Keiser University where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Exercise Science and Health and Human Performance. During my time in college, I had an internship working in a sports medicine office on campus with a lot of hands-on experience along with being a full time Track athlete. What I like most about working at StretchLab is the satisfaction of the clients and gaining knowledge to implement what I learn here for when I work to obtain my ATC. In my spare time, I'm an advanced Esports competitor or I'm spending time with my brother.

I started with StretchLab in May 2023. My lifestyle has brought me here from having a background originally in high level sports ranging from baseball, soccer, track & field, gymnastics & volleyball this is where I first learned the benefits of stretching especially from gymnastics & soccer. After playing sports all over the USA & overseas I became a certified Elite Trainer to assist others in not only strengthening their body and mind but also healing and releasing tension in the body and mind. With my experience as an athlete and being an Elite Trainer I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals to meet their specific needs. In my spare time playing soccer, hot vinyasa, meditation & working out are some of the few things I enjoy doing. What I enjoy most about StretchLab is not only the experience with each person that comes in but also learning from my other colleagues here at StretchLab communicating on how we can give everyone a better experience at the Lab.

I recently graduated from Binghamton University in the spring of 2023, leaving with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience and a Minor in Health and Wellness. With the experience I have gained as a Physical Therapy Aide and completion of two internships (shadowing a physical therapy clinic and conducting research on eating disorders), I've also organized multiple educational events on nutrition and fitness for the Binghamton community. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, I find fulfillment in being hands-on with clients, helping them reach their goals and improving their quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy running, swimming, bouldering, and spending time with friends and loved ones. In my free time, I am a passionate and avid runner. Currently, I'm training for the 2024 NYC Marathon and am excited to see what the future holds!

I am relatively new to StretchLab but I am thrilled to progress through this journey as a Flexologist. My journey to becoming a trainer started when I played basketball at the University of Loyola. During my time on the team, I developed a passion for fitness and helping others reach their physical goals. After I graduated with a degree in information systems, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I spent countless hours studying and obtaining certifications so that I could provide my clients with the best possible training experience. When I'm not working, I love hanging out with friends, spending time with my family, and learning new things. I believe that there is always room for personal growth and improvement, and I strive to embody that philosophy in my personal and professional life.

I have worked at StretchLab since March 2021. Prior to working at StretchLab, I have worked at spas and at medical offices alongside Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors and Nurse Practitioners. I have learned a lot about health and wellness from my coworkers and being in areas where I am constantly learning. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist alumni of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now called Pacific College of Health and Science). I am also an Advanced Personal Trainer alumni of Swedish Institute, and I have recently received my Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science from Mercy College. I appreciate working at StretchLab because of the positive environment it provides and having the freedom to create and implement wellness routines that are tailored to each client’s specific needs. Watching my regular clients become more flexible, stronger and healthier is inspiring and keeps me searching for new ways to improve their physical abilities. Outside of my heath and wellness work, I love to garden. I find the tangible results to be very rewarding, and appreciate having a peaceful outlet that allows me to show my admiration and appreciation for plants.
