I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from New York Institute of Technology, where I also worked as a research assistant focusing on diabetes prevention and VO₂ max sports performance testing. I’ve had the privilege of publishing research in scientific journals during my time as a research assistant. I obtained an ACSM certified personal trainer certification, working with those who enjoyed CrossFit. During some free time, I volunteered to work with individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and teaching youth in underserved communities about exercise. At StretchLab, I love helping clients reduce daily pain and improve their ease with everyday movements. It’s incredibly rewarding to support their journey toward greater mobility and comfort.

I am a NASM Personal Trainer. I have worked with clients of all walks of life. I have been 300 lbs in my life and now have a great appreciation for health and fitness, as it has improved my life in a number of ways. I practice what I preach, as I stretch after most workouts, or at least try to. I deeply believe in the importance of stretching whether you have been working out for years or you don't do it at all. I like to see people feel good in their bodies and this is one measure you can take. In my free time I love to travel, hike, and generally do things outdoors. The thing I appreciate most about StretchLab is the wealth of knowledge that I have learned in order to give my clients the best experience possible.

I graduated with my Masters of Athletic Training from Stony Brook University in 2022. I also have a Bachelors in Sports Science Fitness management from North Carolina A&T State University in 2017. I am an injury prevention Coordinator that assesses safety risks for employees. I began my journey as a Flexologist March 2025. Although I have been a Flexologist for a short period of time, I have learned a lot from my time here at StretchLab. I am grateful to be in a position to provide a service that will help our clients in their day to day activities. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and playing flag football. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I have a Coach/Personal Training background, earning my Personal Training Certifications with ISSA and AAAI/ISMA. My discipline mainly focuses on Calisthenics/Gymnastics, Kettlebells and Mixed Martial Arts. Throughout my career, I've learned about how much I'm interested in the idea of Exercise Science and how the body works which leads me to study on those topics in my free time. Along with that, I like the idea that I get to share my passion and knowledge towards others as I help them become a better version of themselves. StretchLab has reinforced my passion and knowledge on body mechanics, leading me to use all my experiences to be a blessing to everyone with confidence. In my free time, I like to be with my wife, my son and step son, work out, walk outside and especially spend some time reading and listening to audiobooks.

I graduated from the University of Tampa in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and in 2024 I became a certified Yoga Instructor through As I Am School of Yoga and Healing Arts. I highly value the importance of movement, mobility, and mindfulness in our daily lives, and I am passionate about helping others to feel at ease in our bodies and minds. In my free time, I’m usually walking in nature, practicing on my yoga mat, or on the floor petting my cats. At StretchLab, I deeply appreciate the connections I’ve built with my clients and the opportunity to tailor my work toward each client’s needs.

I graduated from University at Buffalo with a degree in Exercise Science in 2024. I am looking to continue my career into the field of Physical Therapy and definitely enjoy working at StretchLab. What I appreciate about StretchLab is developing relationships with clients; being directly involved with their plan of care and taking the appropriate actions to achieve their specific goals. The stretches and movements you do in the studio directly relate to other various everyday tasks, and making sure these movements are done as efficiently as possible allow me to appreciate what I do at StretchLab.I spend a lot of my free time weight lifting, playing pickle ball, basketball, and enjoying the outdoors as much as I can, while also tending to my other, more indoor hobbies.
