Harchdy
Flexologist
Hello I am Harchdy Souffrance, I am excited about my position as a Flexologist at Stretch Lab in Medford, where I help clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. My passion is helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best, whether that’s through improving flexibility, recovering from an injury, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I am a certified personal trainer (NASM) with a degree in Health Science from Franklin Pierce University, where I earned an honors certificate. Currently, I’m working toward my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Bay Path University, giving me a deeper understanding of human movement, rehabilitation, and performance. This knowledge enhances my ability to provide effective and personalized flexibility training at Stretch Lab.
As a Flexologist, I take a customized approach with every client. I work with people from all backgrounds and abilities, helping them achieve their individual goals whether they’re athletes looking to boost performance, individuals managing pain, or anyone looking to improve their range of motion. I’m here to guide individuals through every step of the process.
In addition to my professional experience, I speak four languages: English, French, Creole, and Spanish. I love connecting with people from all walks of life, and I believe that good communication is key to a successful training experience.
When I’m not at Stretch Lab, I enjoy working out, listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with my family and friends.
