When Asher is not at StretchLab he enjoys working out, working on cars, writing music, and practicing as a jazz guitarist. Asher loves StretchLab because he can help people learn about the body and gain body awareness so he can help them reach their flexibility goals.

      Hi my name is Nidaa and I have been an avid member and advocate of the health and wellness field for the past 5 years. I am certified personal trainer and athletic coach focusing on youth sports as well as a certified yoga instructor. All of these complimenting my bachelors degree in exercise physiology. When I’m not training you can catch me at the gym, on a scenic hike, or out trying the newest food spot in town. I believe that our bodies should be our temple and having self care days are vital. Come on down and start your self care day with a stretch!

      Norman is a graduate of William Paterson University, where he dual majored in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. He is passionate about strength and conditioning, performance body mechanics and injury prevention/rehabilitation. In his free time he enjoys lifting weights, reading, eating lots of different food and petting dogs. He especially enjoys seeing how people progress physically, as well as mentally. Norman can be easily spotted in the studio by his colorful and wide variety of socks and sneakers.

      Zak is a NASM certified personal trainer en route to completing his bachelor's degree in exercise science. He understands the benefits stretching provides, not only for physical activity, but for the activities of daily living. Zak has a longer term goal to become a doctor of physical therapy. Fun facts about him include riding motorcycles, muay thai fighting, being an avid outdoor enthusiast and of course a big gym rat! He is excited to be here and to help clients improve their wellness and lifestyle.

      Shawaan is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He was an Operations Manager for LA Fitness with a knowledge of the gym and how it functions. He’s a previous athlete, playing basketball, soccer and volleyball and loves to bowl in his spare time. During his workouts, he does a lot of strength training and incorporates stretching into his workouts in order to minimize injury and help keep up his strength with his strenuous workouts.

      Miles Jones - graduate from the HBCU oakwood university in 2024 where I majored in Fitness & Wellness and minored in health education. At school I played baseball for the Oakwood ambassadors and also participated in the health science club. My goal is to become an athletic trainer and also personal trainer. I am certified by Red Cross in CPR/AED and also certified for NASM in Performance Enhancement. I have got a lot of experience in sports medicine working under a lot of physical therapists and athletic trainers doing internships.l believe stretching is important because I have played sports all my life and it has shown me that stretching helps with overall performance and preventing injuries.

      Hey, I’m Oji. I am a certified personal trainer with aspirations of becoming a physical therapist. I am currently in school to receive my masters. I am an avid gym goer and when I am not working out, I like to go on hikes or chill at home and make music. My plan is to help my clients safely achieve their goals while having an enjoyable experience in the process

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
