      As a Flexologist for Stretch Lab, its my responsibility to give every client the personalized care and service they deserve and expect from us. With previous experience in roles as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Industry Manager, I take a lot of pride in being able to make clients' experiences fun, challenging and rewarding. After graduating from Fitchburg State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Exercise Science, I began my career in the Health & Fitness field. After personally coaching over 250 clients over my ten year career, I am still passionate for my work and dedicated to continue learning and growing. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé Brianna and our four year old son Camdyn. Besides fitness, I enjoy watching and playing many sports and fishing in my down time to relax.

      I am in the people business, always having a way to impact others. I’ve obtained my bachelors degree in exercise science in 2018 and from there I began working with a variety of clients as a personal trainer. I’ve also had experience working with many strength and conditioning athletes which is where I was first introduced to PNF stretching. I know use all of the tools I have built over my career and incorporate them into StretchLab to get you the best result I can.

      I grew passionate about stretching when I began to discover the importances and benefits it has for our overall health. Many people neglect stretching and when I began to incorporate it into my daily routine, I noticed how well my joints and muscles began to move to support my body through my daily activities. I graduated from UMass Boston in 2022 with my bachelors degree in Exercise and Health Science. I am also a certified personal trainer from NASM. Physical activity is a major component in my lifestyle. I go to the gym 5-6x a week and used to be a competitive swimmer. When I’m not working or at the gym I enjoy spending time with my dog and going hiking! My goal in life is to stress the importances of taking care of your body physically so I look very forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals!

      Physical fitness and nutrition have been a passion of mine for over 20 years. I’ve participated in triathlons, obstacle races as well as a variety of fitness classes. After years of working at a desk, I made the change to incorporate movement and my love for fitness into a career. I became certified as a yoga instructor teaching both private and group classes. One-on-one instruction is my favorite! I enjoy helping people reach their goals through body awareness, breath work, range of motion, strength and flexibility. I strive to bring yoga into my everyday life by allowing positivity and kindness to guide me. Besides fitness, spending time with my kids and family, drawing, hiking, good food and music are my happy places.

      My name is Rhiannon Smith. I've been doing yoga and resistance training since I was 14. I am now a yoga teacher, and health and fitness are major priorities in my life. I spend my free time meditating, doing yoga and hiking with my dogs. I believe very much in strengthening AND lengthening the body, and that's why I love working at StretchLab. I can help people to remain mobile. As a flexologist I want to work towards each client's individual stretching goals, and as a perk I hope they feel a little lighter after a great stretch.

      Fitness, Athletics and Sports have always been a part of my life. Having played multiple sports in school including basketball, softball and Track and Field. I have always enjoyed careers where I can make an impact in people’s lives. From starting out as a licensed Esthetician helping individuals to feel better about their skin to becoming a licensed oral surgical assistant helping individuals to relieve pain and feel more confident cosmetically. Although those careers were rewarding in their own ways, my heart has always been in the fitness industry, I obtained NASM certifications for personal training, spin instructor, performance exercise specialist and nutrition coaching. As a power lifter, and strength trainer, I have come to learn and see the importance and impact of stretching and mobility on the human body. Here at StretchLab, I look forward to helping you achieve your overall flexibility, mobility, movement and way of life. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, working out, shopping and finding new hiking spots.

      My name is Madison and I graduated with my Bachelors in Wellness and Exercise Science, with a minor in Coaching from Rhode Island College in 2022. I have always thrived and felt passionate when it comes to athletics, being physically active, and learning about the body. Being an athlete growing up, and playing collegiate lacrosse, it has really taught me how important it is to stretch and take care of my body. In my free time I enjoy working out, trying new coffee shops, cooking, playing with my dog, and spending time with friends and family. My goal as a Flexologist here at StretchLab is to use the knowledge that I know to help educate, and get you all to achieve your goals!

      I'm a fitness advocate and Mind-Body enthusiast. With a background in Psychology and Sociology, I'm passionate about the connection between physical and mental well-being. I hold an NASM personal trainer certification and with this knowledge, I'm dedicated to helping you become your best self through stretching and body awareness. Whether it's hitting the gym as a body building competitor, running 5ks, or practicing yoga, I love staying active and pushing my limits. I believe stretching is key on maintaining strong joints and muscles. This movement has many benefits and this is the time to experience them. I look forward to working with you at StretchLab to achieve your goals and making positive changes in your life.

      After being introduced to yoga in 2015, I quickly became passionate about finding strength and stability on and off the mat. I spent many years focusing on my practice before I decided to turn my passion into a career. I earned my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification and Reiki 1&2 certification through Centre Yoga in 2023. As a flexologist my goal is to help clients feel more confident in their bodies while improving balance and flexibility. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places, hanging out by the ocean and spending time with friends and family. I am looking forward to my journey at the StretchLab and helping each client meet their goals!

I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and have extensive experience in Functional Movement Screening, which has equipped me to train individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. My passion for fitness and understanding of its benefits led me to StretchLab, where I discovered a new love for flexibility and mobility training.       Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
