Jessica
Flexologist
Inspired by life events, I grew a deeper interest and understanding in the complexity,
remarkability, and resiliency of the human body. This naturally led me into the field of
Rehabilitation. I view rehabilitation as restoration of the human body utilizing the physicality of
Fitness, Mobility and ROM, but also proper Nutrition, and daily Spiritual and mental practices of
Mindfulness. I have an Associates of Exercise Science and I am finishing a Bachelors of
Kinesiology. I have earned certifications as a Physical Therapy Aide, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach,
Personal Trainer and now as a Flexologist. I truly enjoy working with StretchLab, learning more
about the human body and the critical importance of stretching. My next goal is a credit transfer
into an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and to be licensed working hands on
with a Physical Therapist. I am passionate about Nutrition, Music, Dance, and I enjoy being
active while connecting with the outdoors and beautiful scenery. “The stiffest tree is most easily
cracked, while bamboo and willow survive by bending with the wind.” -Bruce Lee
