      Inspired by life events, I grew a deeper interest and understanding in the complexity, remarkability, and resiliency of the human body. This naturally led me into the field of Rehabilitation. I view rehabilitation as restoration of the human body utilizing the physicality of Fitness, Mobility and ROM, but also proper Nutrition, and daily Spiritual and mental practices of Mindfulness. I have an Associates of Exercise Science and I am finishing a Bachelors of Kinesiology. I have earned certifications as a Physical Therapy Aide, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and now as a Flexologist. I truly enjoy working with StretchLab, learning more about the human body and the critical importance of stretching. My next goal is a credit transfer into an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and to be licensed working hands on with a Physical Therapist.       Hi nice to meet you my name is Ryan and I have a background in personal training through ISSA. I specialize in weightlifting, weight loss, and nutrition. In my spare time I enjoy to play sports such as tennis, pickle ball, and basketball. Being at Stretchlab I love that i’m always learning new things about stretches and the body. I also really enjoy meeting new people!

      I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota. I also received my associate as a Physical Therapy Assistant from St Catherine University. I like to work out, cook homecooked meals, and to also attend fun and friendly events like concerts. Being able to connect with the community members and improving their quality of life one person at a time. I also like my StretchLab teammates because we get to help each other whenever possible.

      I’m Terry Dang, a certified personal trainer with 4 years of Air Force experience. I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness and health goals. I’ve had the privilege of living all across the world. When I’m not helping clients improve their flexibility and overall well-being, I am swimming, boxing, and watching Cristiano Ronaldo. I’m also love coffee.

      I worked at Benchmark Physical Therapy as a technician which provided my first experience working one on one with patients and taught me many modalities, exercises, and stretching techniques. I enjoy exercising, spending time with my kids, playing guitar and singing. I think helping people become more knowledgeable about their bodies and emphasizing the importance of flexibility, leading to an improved quality of life, will be the most rewarding aspect as StretchLab Flexologist.

      I am a 59-year-old Georgia native from the Metro Atlanta area with a passion for helping, coaching, teaching, and mentoring others. My deep commitment to serving and helping others inspired me to join the military, where I honorably served for 24 years—6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and 18 years with the U.S. Army/Georgia Army National Guard. With over 30 years of fitness and health experience, my extensive background includes serving as a Physical Readiness Trainer in the Army. I also have 7 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Traction, and Static Stretching routines. My work focuses on assisting clients with sports injuries, chronic pain, or simply promoting relaxation. Combining my military expertise as a Physical Readiness Instructor, certification as a NASM Personal Trainer, and massage therapy skills, I offer a unique advantage to my clients. My tailored approach integrates massage therapy, stretching routines, and customized physical fitness training plans to help clients achieve their goals—whether it's improving overall health, fitness, or becoming pain-free.

      My personalized background is strength and conditioning, personal training, small group training, sports performance movement specialist, and Clinician, specifically Chiropractic and functional rehabilitation. I really enjoy spending time with my wife reading, hiking, playing sports, camping, and learning. Anything active, with my wife, we are there and ready to go! I find working hands on with others and helping them feel and move better is the best thing by far. Along with that is building relationships and teaching others what they want to know.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
