Flexologist
Southwestern Louisiana is where I spent my youth. I received my Bachelor of Science in Marketing, from McNeese State University. I was introduced to massage at a young age by my father and grandmother. As I pursued my career, moving around and working in several different industries, I started taking workshops in massage techniques practicing on friends and family. While I was living in Wisconsin I went back to school, received a diploma in Massage Therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I have not stopped learning ways to help people live their best life.
I was a client of StretchLab before becoming a Flexologist. Having used stretching in my massage practice, I knew its benefits, but had never used it for an entire session. The first stretch sold me. Being able to help people achieve their goals, whether it is being able to walk the grocery store on their own, touch the floor, have a smoother workout, or improve their time in a run, is worth more than you can imagine.
When not working, I love being out in nature, reading, cooking and baking. My friends would probably say that I am a little bit quirky and sassy, but always dependable. My guilty pleasure is finding new ideas, i.e... Recipes, massage techniques, stretches and using my friends and family as guinea pigs; being able to accept the feedback they share.
