I am many things – among them a disabled and neurodivergent choreographer, performer, scholar, arts advocate and stretch practitioner who has recently transitioned from New York City to the Bay Area. I have a deep history in dance, and hold an MFA in Dance from Sarah Lawrence College. I prioritize empathy and care above all, and focus on personhood in my dancing and stretching practices. I joined Stretch Lab to diversify my training in movement, to support the well being of our clients, and, as a lifelong learner, was drawn to the continuing education that is central to their mission. Outside of work, I enjoy all outdoor and somatic movement but especially hiking, paddle boarding, and yoga. I am a super Aries, cannot cook and love to walk in the sunshine! My favorite stretch to receive is any form of traction because of the amazing feeling of release – I look forward to helping you feel good in your body through the incredible power of movement.
