I grew up playing Football and Basketball most of my life and was always very active. I decided to go to college to get an economics degree and after my first year my brother was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome, a heart defect that caused him to be less active. I saw how it affected his body and this led me to change my major to kinesiology. I found the study of human movement very interesting and became infatuated with how to improve movement not only through sports but everyday life. I currently hold a BS in Kinesiology and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer. I believe StretchLab is the perfect place to make use of my degree by increasing peoples free range of motion. In my offtime I enjoy playing basketball and watching movies. I love to hike and spend time at the beach, or travel whenever I have the chance.

I was about 4 or 5 when I started playing sports and continued through high school. Needless to say I ended up with a lot of injuries, which ultimately prevented me from getting to the next level. I also struggled with conditioning as a kid so I would get fatigued easily and was never the fastest on the team. I decided that I wanted to help other people with injury prevention, weight loss, strength training and overall flexibility and health. This is what led me to pursue my degree in Kinesiology and become a Certified Personal Trainer. I am now continuing my education by pursuing a Masters degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Psychology and Applied Sports Science. At StretchLab I am now able to apply what I've learned by helping people enhance their flexibility and educating them about their bodies. I love connecting with members and learning new stretch techniques; I find it very rewarding to watch the members progression. When I'm not working you might find me playing basketball and drawing out plays for the team I coach. I enjoy going out with my friends and playing arcade games, and I love to shop and cook.

I became interested in human mechanics and how the body functions as a young child playing sports. I grew up playing soccer and knew that I wanted to stay involved in sports in some capacity, so I decided to major in Kinesiology - Exercise Science at CSUN in hopes of becoming a physical therapist. During my undergrad, I became involved in biomechanics and motor control research which further fueled my curiosity and excitement about the human body. Currently, I am an M.S. candidate in Biomechanics and a physical therapy aide. My experience and knowledge in both research and physical therapy allow me to help people at StretchLab obtain their desired goal and improve their quality of life. During my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, watching new shows, and watching women’s soccer.

My fascination in the human body came once I graduated high school. Being an athlete all of my life, I’ve always been interested in human movement. Tearing my ACL and going through its rigorous recovery is also what opened my eyes to the importance of recovery and taking care of your body really means. These are the things that ultimately led me to becoming a Kinesiology major in college. I currently work as a Physical Therapy Aide part-time and am planning getting my CSCS license to be a strength coach and to go to DPT school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In my free time, I really enjoy playing basketball, lifting weights, and spending good, quality time with my friends and family.

Hello! My name is Kaci Interlicchia and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you as your Flexologist! I was born and raised in Montana and journeyed to Los Angeles in 2008 to pursue a dance career where I worked for a decade in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer. In addition to dancing I also love hiking, yoga, Pilates, weight training, and jogging. Eventually the wear and tear of training and dancing rigorously for 22 years finally took a toll on my body and I set my sights on a new passion and vocation. After exploring a few professions that didn't quite fit my giftings and goals I quickly fell in love with the field of physical therapy. I have now worked as a physical therapy aide for 5 years and I am in college working toward an associates degree to become a physical therapist assistant. As an avid stretcher throughout my life I have found stretching to reduce pain, risk of injury, and aid in recovery from activities. I believe that my dance training, rehabilitating my own injuries, the hands- on work with my physical therapy patients, and my continuing education in human anatomy and physiology all work together to allow me to offer my Stretch Lab clients an excellent and personally tailored experience. I am passionate, committed to building people up, And I am eager to work with you to help you to realize your fitness and health goals here at Stretch Lab.

Born and raised in Simi Valley, my journey into wellness began with a love for movement through dance, which I pursued from age 11 and minored in during college. This foundation in physical expression led me to yoga in 2013, where I found a powerful connection between body, mind, and spirit. Now a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, I am passionate about helping others feel good in their bodies and promoting both physical and mental well-being. Teaching since 2024, I focus on creating a welcoming environment where students can explore movement, reduce stress, and tune into their own health needs. While I currently bring a holistic approach to my classes, I'm also eager to expand my knowledge in areas like Ayurveda, Thai massage, and other bodywork practices to enhance my teaching. I’m excited to continue learning and eventually integrate these perspectives into my offerings, supporting others on their journey to wellness.

I’m originally from the East Coast, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health, and I have a strong passion for preventative health and longevity. I work full-time as a Patient Care Coordinator at a physical therapy-based wellness center and part-time as a Flexologist at StretchLab, where I help clients improve flexibility, relieve pain, and feel their best. Having gone through an ankle injury myself (complete with a permanent metal implant in my tibia), I understand firsthand the benefits of stretch therapy and staying active for recovery and wellness. When I’m not working, I focus on staying active with barre and yoga, and finding ways to recharge. I’m a big fan of podcasts and love exploring topics in health and wellness or anything that sparks my curiosity and also enjoy the occasional night out. Making time for personal growth is important to me, and I believe it’s equally essential for my clients as they work toward their own wellness goals.

I am a strength and conditioning coach that has trained kindergarten to collegiate level athletes. I work with athletes and people of varying skill levels, ranging from someone with a sedentary lifestyle to elderly clientele with cognitive impairments, stroke, cardiac rehab, or Parkinson's disease. My main goal is to encourage habits that will develop into long term skills that help improve the quality of life for all developing individuals. Stretches are a great investment for the body to allow more range of motion, development, and improvement to long term health. Most activities outside of the gym setting require a certain degree of flexibility and mobility. StretchLab is a great way to introduce your body to deeper ranges of motion so that your body can move the way that you feel accustomed to. As long as the body is capable of being worked to its fullest potential why not see how far you can go alongside someone to supervise your progress as the days go past. I recreationally play volleyball, basketball, flag football, while partaking in Olympic weight training lifts. I watch Olympic weightlifting/powerlifting/strongman competitions in my free time. I also ride bikes to encourage my cardiovascular health and development.

For 10 years I was a librarian while studying psychology, until one day I picked up a book on fitness and was hooked. I loved the idea of being able to take care of my body while helping others in the process. This led me to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis in post rehabilitation and corrective exercise. I am also a certified Pilates and Barre Instructor and at some point would love to utilize my background to combine counseling with fitness to help kids find a good balance at a young age. I have been backpacking with my family since I was a teenager so needless to say I love to go hiking every chance I get, and I'm always looking for new trails. I also enjoy surfing, reading and music (especially international artists).
