Certified Flexologist
Hi, I’m Jason. For the past ten years, I have been working as a Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer (LAT/ATC) for Panorama Orthopedics & Spine at Dakota Ridge High School, where I am responsible for providing sports medicine services to all 22 athletic programs! I am originally from New York.,I have a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from California University of Pennsylvania. I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercise Sciences (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialists (PES). Last summer, I had the opportunity to work training camp and preseason with the Philadelphia Eagles as one of their Athletic Trainers. I spend every moment I can with my almost 3-year-old Australian cattle dog (blue heeler) named MacKinnon! I'm looking forward to expanding my outreach here at StretchLab Golden and can’t wait to get to know you!

Health and fitness have always been a core aspect of my life. It started with athletics in grade school and expanded into college. I received my Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in Exercise Science. I have worked with diverse populations from all age groups and geographic regions as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist in pediatric cardiology. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at University of Colorado Boulder. I believe fitness should be fun yet challenging and extremely rewarding. My passions are golf, fitness, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to helping you achieve your future goals!

My name is Camryn and outside of StretchLab I am a recreational figure skater and skier! I have my bachelors in health and exercise science with a concentration in sports medicine. I believe that stretching is a very important part of leading a well rounded healthy lifestyle. Let me help you reach your flexibility goals. I look forward to getting to know you!

One on One
A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
Group Stretch
Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
