Brian
Flexologist
I earned my Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Woman’s University. I have experience working in Physical Therapy as a technician, completing over half of my Physical Therapy degree and completing clinical rotations in multiple PT settings. As an overhead athlete of 20 years playing baseball and volleyball, I understand firsthand overuse injuries and setbacks that can take a person out of the activities they love. I firmly believe in managing the whole body preventatively, identifying and addressing weak links in the kinetic chain that can lead to overuse and injury over time, viewing them as opportunities, not barriers, and working tactfully to achieve new heights in performance, increasing quality of life. Through a balanced regimen of strength and control, coordination, and flexibility, the body will adapt and move more optimally, decreasing pain. One of the components I appreciate about StretchLab is the one-on-one focus, building relationships, and customizing the stretch plan to fit you and your goals. One of my greatest loves is the journey, walking alongside a person, seeing them push themselves, improve, and ultimately achieve their goals. We at StretchLab will help you get where you want to go and feel your best! When not at StretchLab, I enjoy running, lifting, playing volleyball, hiking, climbing, and attending Dallas Stars games!
