I have over 20 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in many areas, including personal training and group fitness, with a strong passion for helping people improve their overall well-being. My favorite modalities to teach have always been yoga and Pilates, as they emphasize core strength, mobility, and flexibility—key components of a healthy, functional body. I’ve seen firsthand how improving these areas can positively impact a person’s daily life, and that’s what drew me to StretchLab. The focus on assisted stretching aligns perfectly with my belief in proactive, sustainable wellness practices. In my spare time, I enjoy pursuing creative endeavors such as writing poetry, cooking, and art. One of my biggest passions is fire spinning—it’s a unique and expressive outlet that combines movement, rhythm, and creativity. These activities help me stay inspired, balanced, and connected to my sense of self. What I enjoy most about being part of StretchLab is seeing how increased flexibility and mobility can truly transform people’s lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness those positive changes firsthand. I also love being part of such a supportive and passionate team, as well as connecting with our amazing members. There’s a genuine sense of community here, and it’s inspiring to see the impact StretchLab has on everyone who walks through our doors.
