I have a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science Clinical Health, and am currently applying to get my doctorate in physical therapy. I have worked as a PT tech for a year along with a 6 month internship. I love to be outside doing anything active; gardening, swimming, hiking, and playing with my kids and dog. I enjoy reading novels, camping, working out and helping people get healthy. StretchLab allows me to help people reach their goals and live better lives., educate everyone how being physically active can benefit them in several ways and I get to continue to grow in a field that I love.

I am excited to share my knowledge from schooling and my personal training certification through NFPT. I am actively pursuing my y undergrad with the goal to be apart of both the wellness and health professions. I have spent the past 3 years learning about my body and love the opportunity to help people learn more about their own and how we can motivate each other to move. My favorite part of the day is going to the gym and cooking up a post workout meal. I enjoy traveling and exploring the world we live in, and of course trying new foods. I love that at StretchLab I get to apply my studies to help people move and stay mobile through active recovery! Seeing our members walk out our doors, happy and smiling and full of relief is one my favorite things about StretchLab.

With a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from TWU, I've spent four years immersed in the study of the human body and its mechanics. This educational journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of how essential it is to maintain optimal physical health. My passion lies in applying this knowledge to help others improve their mobility and overall well-being. Whether it's through therapeutic techniques or personalized exercise programs, I am driven by the desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. My interests extend beyond academia, as I find joy in reading captivating stories and occasionally indulging in sitcoms for leisure. Moreover, spending time with friends brings me immense happiness, as their company enhances any activity. My current role at StretchLab perfectly aligns with my professional aspirations, allowing me to utilize my expertise in a positive environment while collaborating with like-minded individuals.

I have been a physical therapist tech for two years and am currently working at Texas Roadhouse located in Flower Mound. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology back in 2022. I enjoy driving at night around the city. While I am outside, I enjoy taking a walk and listening to music, but if I am inside, I am most likely playing with Legos. StretchLab allows me to help people build a healthier lifestyle alongside with coworkers who are fun to be around with and make work enjoyable.

I'm currently finishing my Kinesiology degree at the University of North Texas with plans to pursue a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I have hands-on experience in pediatric and teen rehabilitation, focusing on restoring range of motion and motor skills. Passionate about staying active, I love basketball (James Harden fan!), hiking, and spending time with my chihuahua, Chico. Originally from New York and now a proud Texan, I enjoy traveling—especially to places like Denver for the mountains and fresh air. At StretchLab, I’m excited to educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching while helping improve flexibility and mobility in a welcoming, knowledgeable environment.

Hey, I’m Lauren! I’ve recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management. I have a physical therapy technician background as well, mainly focusing on orthopedics. In my spare time, I’m running in the gym, doing yoga, riding my long board, or eating queso. I also love to play pick up volleyball or soccer games during the summer and fall with my friends. I enjoy exploring new food spots, hiking trails, and movies. Joining StretchLab will allow me to educate clients on the importance of stretching and recovery. This will lead into how to take better overall care of the body. This perfectly aligns with my desire to help my community because one stretch can make a world of a difference. I’m super excited to connect with people and help improve their lives!

I am currently an undergraduate nursing student at the University of Arlington, my future goal is to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. I formerly played college basketball at Lasell University in Boston which initiated my interest and education regarding muscle groups. I was formerly a Swim and Fitness Coach allowing me to understand further how muscles work and now how to take care of them. I love exercising, now more than ever since it is no longer a mandatory part of my day. I also enjoy experiencing new places and things with friends because we were never meant to take on this life alone! I love that at Stretch Lab we see a wide variety of people whether it be young athletes in their prime or an elderly trying to stay mobile. I love that with this job it allows me to meet and understand new people while simultaneously being able to help and increase their overall quality of life.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth. I recently graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I have spent the last 4 years learning about my body and understanding the impact that a healthy lifestyle has on overall well-being. Since graduating I have worked as an Exercise Physiologist at a Chiropractic rehab clinic, allowing me to better understand body mechanics, muscle recovery, and performance. While working at StretchLab, I will be pursuing my Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree at TWU. I grew up dancing and was on the drill team in high school. My dance background combined with my knowledge of the human body provides me with a great foundation to continue building upon. Outside of work, I like to exercise, go for walks, do anything crafty, and spend time with my dog. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different parts of the world, and I hope to visit as many places as I possibly can. StretchLab allows me to help people through active recovery while educating them on body awareness and the benefits of stretching. I look forward to connecting with members and sharing my passion for all things health and fitness-related!
