As a Personal Trainer for over 20 years, I've been drawn to StretchLab due to my extensive experience in providing assisted stretching to clients. Health and fitness are my passions, and in my free time, I'm a dedicated power lifter and strength coach.

I've dedicated my life to understanding how the human body functions and moves. With experience in physical therapy, as a NASM certified personal trainer, and holding a BS in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as a flexologist, tailoring stretching programs to each individual's needs. Outside of work, I find joy in going for long walks, drives, and spending time with friends.

I'm Caio, born and raised in Brazil. With a degree in physical education, I've been immersed in the fitness world since I was 19. My passion for health and wellness fuels my commitment to helping others achieve their goals. I've experienced firsthand how investing in our body's mobility can transform our quality of life, both in the short and long term. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and hitting the gym. I'm ready to inspire and guide my clients toward their goals with my knowledge and enthusiasm in every training session!

I've been a licensed massage therapist for a decade, currently exploring lymphatic drainage therapy after training at Lincoln Technical School in Shelton, CT. I'm dedicated to helping clients regain mobility and well-being. Beyond massage, I'm a creative person passionate about art and continual learning.

Hi, I’m Kate. I earned my 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2006 and have been teaching in the Fairfield County area ever since. My practice includes Restorative and Yin yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. My approach to stretching draws from my yoga practice and supports the philosophy of Stretch Lab, emphasizing balance, flexibility and wellness. I value the opportunity to help Stretch Lab clients reach their goals, increasing body awareness, mobility and physical comfort for improved quality of life.

I am Brian. I studied Health and Human Development and Spanish at St. Bonaventure University. As a personal trainer, I have had the privilege of working with clients from around the world. Valuing personal growth, I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for achieving my goals and enjoying life. By staying committed to my fitness journey, I strive to inspire others to embrace a healthier and happier way of living.

Hi, I’m Kyra! I’m a certified personal trainer pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at SCSU. I’m passionate about helping individuals and athletes achieve their goals, whether it’s improving performance, enhancing functional movement, or focusing on recovery off the field. In my free time, I enjoy riding my horse and competing in local barrel races, which has given me unique expertise in stretching, flexibility, and mobility for all fitness levels.

I’m Garrett, and I earned my BS in Exercise Physiology from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Chiropractic at Bridgeport University, with the goal of one day opening my own chiropractic office to improve patients’ quality of life. In my free time, I love traveling, watching Boston sports, and training at the gym. I’m also a proud “foster fail” and enjoy taking my dog, Kody, on outdoor adventures. I chose StretchLab because it allows me to apply my education in a meaningful way while making a positive impact on clients’ lives. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
