      Laura’s journey with movement started back in her home state of Connecticut, where she first fell in love with yoga and the power of stretching. What began as a personal practice quickly turned into a calling, leading her to trade in her corporate desk for coastal sunshine in Southwest Florida—earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification along the way. A life-changing trip to the jungles of Costa Rica sparked even deeper clarity, inspiring Laura to fully commit to helping people of all ages move better, feel better, and live with more freedom in their bodies. In 2022, she made the leap to Los Angeles, where discovering StretchLab felt like the perfect fit—a place where her passion for mobility, wellness, and accessible recovery could thrive. Whether you’re brand new to stretching or looking to take your mobility to the next level, Laura brings a warm, encouraging energy to every session, meeting you exactly where you are—one breath and one stretch at a time.       Flexologist, Sports Performance Coach & Corrective Exercise Specialist
      Brendan’s passion for movement began through sports—and quickly evolved into a deep curiosity about the human body and its potential. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Bryan University and completed a Sports Performance internship focused on enhancing athletic recovery, injury prevention, and strength development. Now pursuing his Master’s in Exercise Science & Rehabilitation at Logan University, Brendan continues to deepen his understanding of how to help people move better and feel stronger. Whether you’re an athlete pushing your limits or someone simply looking to feel more capable in daily life, Brendan brings a thoughtful, science-backed approach to every stretch. He’s all about using movement as a tool to unlock performance and improve overall well-being.       With a degree in Exercise Science and a background as a Division 1 volleyball player, Fernando brings both academic knowledge and elite athletic experience to every stretch. He knows firsthand how critical mobility and recovery are—not just for peak performance on the court, but for everyday life. After a major car accident reshaped his perspective, Fernando became even more passionate about helping others feel their best, manage pain, and prevent injury through smart, intentional movement. Fluent in Spanish and always eager to connect, Fernando loves staying active, hiking, cooking, and—of course—playing volleyball.       With a BFA in Dance and a B.S. in Kinesiology (Pre-Physical Therapy) from San Diego State University—plus a minor in Public Health—Chazz blends artistry, science, and service into every session. A dynamic mover with a healer’s heart, she brings deep body awareness and empathy rooted in years of dance, Pilates, somatic training, and functional anatomy. Her movement background isn’t just about performance—it’s about presence, discipline, and understanding how the body adapts and heals. Whether you’re working through pain, rebuilding mobility, or simply looking to feel more at home in your body, Chazz guides with both intuition and evidence-based care. Currently training to become a firefighter and paramedic, she’s driven by a bold mission: to serve others and bring strength, stability, and calm—on and off the bench. He’s currently preparing to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy, blending his deep understanding of the human body with a down-to-earth, supportive approach. As an amateur MMA fighter and certified personal trainer, he knows firsthand the demands placed on the body—and how essential recovery, mobility, and injury prevention are to staying in the game. Currently studying to become a radiologic technologist, Bryce blends a deep interest in anatomy with real-world experience in sports performance and functional fitness. Whether you’re training for a marathon, bouncing back from an injury, or simply want to keep up with your grandkids pain-free, Bryce is here to help you move better and feel better.       Flexologist, Athletic Training Aide, & Kinesiology Graduate
      With a degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and a strong background in athletic recovery, Anthony knows how to help bodies move, heal, and perform. As an athletic training aide, he’s worked directly with athletes using techniques like cupping, ultrasound, scraping, and assisted stretching. He also leads individual and group fitness sessions for individuals with special needs, including those with Down syndrome, autism, and cerebral palsy. Anthony brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach to every session—combining hands-on recovery techniques with a deep understanding of movement science. He’s currently pursuing his advanced 300-hour yoga certification. Shaped by a journey of resilience and adaptability, Joshua’s coaching style is intentional, encouraging, and results-focused.       Flexologist, Kinesiology Graduate & Future Occupational Therapist
      Jennifer graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Management. After working at StretchLab in San Diego, she moved to Los Angeles to begin her doctorate in Occupational Therapy at USC. With her background in gymnastics and cheerleading, Jennifer understands how flexibility and mobility support strength, recovery, and overall performance. She stays active through lifting, running, pilates, hiking, and pickleball, and occasionally coaches gymnastics and cheer. Jennifer is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel cared for and empowered to reach their goals — whether that’s improved performance, recovery, or simply moving through life pain-free.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
