Evan has been personal training for 5+ years at both performance gyms and hospital facilities. Currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University and a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through NASM. He has the belief that “the body” is our most important possession; and the two universal goals we all share are to live a healthier lifestyle and to feel better. His favorite aspect of StretchLab is being able to help everybody progress towards a healthier version of themselves. Outside of StretchLab, he enjoys being active at metroparks and watching Cleveland sports teams.

Former Guidance Counselor, Christan is a Reiki Master (Energy Healing Practitioner) and she focuses on regeneration/supporting the body to be able to heal itself as it’s meant to do. She also has a BS in Health/Wellness and Nutrition. With a vast experience in the assisted stretching modality, Christan specializes in helping clients with relief from acute injuries/spasms, sciatica, pulled muscles, groin injuries, sticky shoulders, and neck pain. Joe brings a lifelong love of sports and movement to every session at StretchLab. With a background in soccer, hockey, and golf—and over five years of experience as a group fitness trainer and hockey coach—he’s all about helping you move better, feel stronger, and leave each session feeling phenomenal. He holds an associate degree in Exercise Science and is currently earning his bachelor’s at Franklin University. When he’s not stretching clients, you’ll find Joe on the ice playing hockey or spending time with friends.

Kathy has a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Otterbein University. She is a Yoga teacher, a Weight Watcher's Coach and a Certified Life and Spiritual Life Coach. In her spare time she enjoys paddle boarding, camping, and sitting on the deck with her puppy and family. Kathy loves making connections with people at Stretch Lab, guiding them to a more aligned body/mind state and being a part of their wellness journey.

Liv is a recent graduate of Ohio State University with a BA in Fine Arts and minors in Personality Psychology/Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness. Liv comes to Stretchlab after having a published paper on how various ergonomic/restorative practices such as yoga, stretching, and meditation can help alleviate stress/tension in the body. If that is not enough, Liv holds a 200 hour Yoga certification! Liv is currently a professional dancer with a local company here in Columbus. Bryn is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition at Baldwin Wallace University. With a strong background in athletics, she has been involved in a variety of sports and now works closely with the university's Athletic Trainer, focusing on team recovery and injury prevention. After experiencing a sports-related injury that ended her collegiate athletic career, Bryn developed a passion for proactive recovery and injury prevention. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys spending time with friends and exploring the outdoors with her dog.

Meet Dastan! Dastan brings a strong academic and hands-on background in health and movement to the studio. He earned his degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and went on to conduct research at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He later completed his Master’s degree at Duke University and is currently on the path to physical therapy school. Dastan takes a personalized, practical approach to stretching and loves helping people move and feel their best. Outside the studio, you’ll find him staying active, continuing to learn about movement and recovery, and chasing his goal of becoming a physical therapist.

Meet Ian! He has an impressive background and a diverse range of experiences! His expertise as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, combined with his international background and love for sports, makes him a great resource for anyone looking to improve their wellness. With his knowledge in exercise physiology and practical experience at top institutions, Ian is a great choice to provide you with a personalized and effective stretching program.

Meet Sam! Originally from New York and now based in New Jersey, I bring a strong background in movement and recovery to the StretchLab team. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Kean University and am currently completing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Tufts University, set to graduate this August! With experience as a competitive tennis player at both the high school and collegiate levels, I’m also a USPTA-certified tennis coach. I’m passionate about helping others move better and feel stronger. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me training in Muay Thai or snowboarding in the mountains. Let’s stretch it out and keep your body moving at its best!
