She utilizes isokinetic technology to help clients improve muscle balance, mobility, and overall function—ensuring each assisted stretch is safe, intentional, and technically precise.
Her approach is heavily influenced by five years of Martial Arts training, where she developed a deep appreciation for agility, body awareness, and self-protection. As an ACE Certified Health Coach with expertise in weight loss nutrition, Shayla takes a holistic approach to client care.
