She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and taking every opportunity to connect with nature. A proud dog owner, Bryn loves sharing adventures with her dog, Cashew. Her enthusiasm for wellness and active living shines through in both her personal and professional life.

      Meet Shayla! She brings a strong foundation in evidence-based movement and performance to every stretch session. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Shayla has built her career at the intersection of fitness and wellness, with extensive experience in both personal and group training. She utilizes isokinetic technology to help clients improve muscle balance, mobility, and overall function—ensuring each assisted stretch is safe, intentional, and technically precise. Her approach is heavily influenced by five years of Martial Arts training, where she developed a deep appreciation for agility, body awareness, and self-protection. As an ACE Certified Health Coach with expertise in weight loss nutrition, Shayla takes a holistic approach to client care. She doesn’t just focus on stretching muscles—she coaches clients toward healthier lifestyles by blending movement, recovery, and nutrition. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, increase mobility, or feel stronger in everyday life, Shayla is committed to helping you move better, feel better, and sustain results long after you leave the bench.

      Meet Maryam! With a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and a strong background in fitness and performance, I bring both scientific knowledge and real-world athletic experience as a national-level table tennis player and Level 1 certified coach. Currently pursuing my NASM CPT, I’m passionate about helping clients move and feel better through personalized, science-based stretching at StretchLab. My favorite stretches target the piriformis and TFL/IT band, and when I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me ready for a competitive game of table tennis.

      Meet Toby! Toby is currently attending The Ohio State University as a Health Sciences major. Throughout high school, he competed in a variety of sports, which sparked his interest in the human body and movement. He has gained experience through multiple physical therapy internships in addition to his education, and he aspires to become a licensed physical therapist. Toby enjoys helping people improve their mobility, flexibility, strength, and recovery.

      Meet Ahleana! Ahleana is from Oceanside and graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys staying active by going to the gym with friends and trying new workouts around the Columbus area. Her long-term goals are to complete a master’s program in Clinical Exercise Physiology and work in a hospital setting with cardiac rehabilitation patients. Ahleana’s passion for health and wellness, combined with her Exercise Science background, helps clients at StretchLab Powell move better and feel their best.

      Meet Hannah! Hannah was born and raised in Columbus and recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She will also be continuing her education at UC this fall as she begins graduate school. Growing up, Hannah played a variety of sports, which helped spark her passion for movement, recovery, and overall wellness. She enjoys helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and everyday movement while creating a positive, supportive experience during each session. Her future goals include continuing to grow within the health and wellness field while exploring more clinically focused exercise and rehabilitation work. What she enjoys most about StretchLab is the opportunity to help clients feel better, move better, and build confidence in their bodies through assisted stretching.

      Meet Brandon! Brandon is a Flexologist and movement specialist with a diverse background in personal training, strength and conditioning, and advanced manual therapy. Before focusing on assisted stretching, he specialized in Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga massage, giving him a strong understanding of how the nervous and muscular systems work together. He is passionate about helping clients move better, relieve chronic tightness, improve joint mechanics, and support athletic performance through a highly tailored approach. What he enjoys most about StretchLab is the opportunity to combine hands-on mobility work with each client’s personal goals, helping them feel better, recover stronger, and get back to the activities they enjoy.
