My name is Roy Hemsley, I am from Los Angeles, California. I had my first stint with Arizona during college, and the aesthetic visuals and serene pace of life made me return. I have an affinity for most things fitness. I currently enjoy yoga, boxing, lifting weights and promoting vitality among clients, friends and acquaintances alike. I have a gentle disposition despite my statuesque stature. Stretch lab is the place for me because of the promotion of wellness across modalities that extend outside the stretching regimen. I can’t wait to help others add improved range of motion and help create a communal feel among recurring clients, colleagues and prospective clients alike.
