I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. In high school I discovered weight training and developed my passion for powerlifting. I am constantly looking for new techniques to further my weightlifting skills and challenge myself. If I'm not in the gym you'll probably find me relaxing at home with a good book, or binge watching a new tv series. I love working in such a welcoming and caring environment at StretchLab. My goal is always to help people in whatever way I can, and StretchLab gives me the platform to do that.

After University, I worked at a Cancer Rehab Clinic for 2 years where I used exercise prescription to help cancer survivors reduce side effects of treatment and improve their quality of life. While at college I played collegiate soccer and became a NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Outside of work you can find me at the gym, enjoying the outdoors or finding new food spots! StretchLab is an amazing environment where I get to connect with clients and be a part of the clients journey to achieve their goals. My aim is to help people move freely and be pain free.

I have been a volleyball coach for 10 years. Coaching is the main reason I decided to pursue a career in health and fitness, specifically, physical therapy. After seeing many of the athletes sustain injuries, I knew there had to be a better solution. I received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology at San Diego State University, where I also volunteered in working with patients with disabilities as well as spinal cord injury patients. Currently, I am attending the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where I am in my second year for my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Outside of work and school, you can catch me working out or playing/coaching volleyball! I love staying active on my days off because a body in motion, stays in motion! Aside from all the amazing people I get to interact with, I love working at StretchLab because it allows me to further my education in recovery and prevention. Every body and everybody is different and it allows me to not only learn about the physical ailments of those that I work with to provide true solutions, but also the personal lives of those that I am impacting.

With over 10 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and leader in Health & Wellness, I have evolved into the fitness professional I am today. I began as a NASM certified private trainer and certified Pilates mat instructor, specializing in performance and aesthetics. Several years ago, I immersed myself in the more holistic side of wellness with a 500 hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. I feel a calling to share the movement methodology with all the years of studying anatomy, physiology, breath work, & exercise patterns to help others understand what is possible! I want to empower clients to know they can wake up every morning feeling inspired, energized, strong, joyful, & connected. I love living in sunny San Diego and exploring our beautiful city! You can find me at the beach, museums, coffee shops, yoga & pilates studios. I love StretchLab because it is such a positive and vibrant space for healing and learning! We are all super passionate about what we do, because we witness the benefits in our clients. I love working with like-minded individuals and knowing we’re making a positive impact.

I am a Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour trained yoga teacher with a degree in Psychosomatic Healing. I was a competitive Crossfit Trainer in 2015 before injuries and skeletal misalignment changed my focus in bodywork to sustainability and healing. I completed the Gayatri Shala RYT 200 Hour teacher training and began teaching yoga, breath-work, and meditation. I earned a degree in Psychosomatic Healing, and have worked extensively with recovering addicts. For years on the Hawaiian islands, I taught full-time as a yoga instructor, had private trauma therapy clients, and furthered my knowledge with training in Yin, Pranayama, and Kundalini. You can find me on the mat, in the garden, on a surfboard, or in the kitchen; emanating presence, love, and bliss. Stretchlab is a beautiful vehicle for healing and the connections we build go beyond simply physical! It is a family that cultivates positivity and the contagious energy of becoming our selves.

I am a San Diego native, graduate of the University of Miami, & a National Council of Strength & Fitness (NCSF) certified personal trainer! I earned my personal training certification during college and began my career as a fitness trainer with a focus on low equipment, bodyweight movements, and effective mobility, all under the Florida sun. Having grown up participating in and instructing Martial Arts, I have always strived to combine strength and length to create a stronger, flexible, and more agile, capable body. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll find me working as a trainer, heading to the beach or for a hike, or trying to pet other people’s dogs! I love working at StretchLab because it gives me the opportunity to work together with someone on my bench, one on one to resolve issues or prevent them from appearing in the first place. Come stretch with me if you’d like to get longer and stronger, plus more stable and able!

I’m a recent graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Science. I’m also a NASM certified personal trainer! I’ve been lifting for over 8 years now, and powerbuilding for 4 years. At 14 years old, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and was forced to make some lifestyle changes, but through it all, I fell in love with lifting and nutrition. I absolutely love training people and helping them reach their goals! Outside of StretchLab you’ll find me in the gym, out for a run, or hanging with friends. In the future I plan to compete in powerlifting and become a strength and conditioning coach, but currently I’m training for a half marathon. I love StretchLab because of the emphasis placed on education and helping people! I’m excited to broaden my knowledge on recovery and injury prevention, and relay my expertise to help others reach their goals.

With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology focused on Exercise Science, along with certifications as an ACE group fitness instructor and Thai massage therapist, I bring a vibrant and holistic approach to health and wellness. My journey has been enriched by experiences as a research assistant in the exercise science lab at SDSU and hands-on work as a physical therapy aide. This all has deepened my understanding of the human body and its unique needs. Working with patients with disabilities has been especially rewarding, sparking my passion for inclusive and adaptive fitness. I’m always excited to chat about health and wellness with you on the bench! As a kid, I was involved in triathlons, softball, and swimming, and am now training for my first marathon.
