Flexologist
After I earned a Bachelors of Communication at San Francisco State University, I started 9 years of experience in the fitness industry obtaining NASM certifications in CPT, Functional Training (Pre and Post Natal), Reactive Training, Nutrition, & TRX Suspension Training. I specialize in resistance training and corrective exercise, focusing on optimizing biomechanical efficiency, postural alignment, & functional movement patterns. Drawing from my background as a competitive softball athlete, I bring a deep understanding of sport-specific demands and performance enhancement. My approach integrates evidence-based methodologies to enhance strength, mobility, and neuromuscular control, enabling clients to overcome pain, mitigate injury risk, and improve overall physical performance. My mission is to facilitate each individual’s progression toward greater functional capacity, resilience, and confidence in both athletic and daily movement.
I enjoy spending my time cooking new recipes, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and sharing playful, heartwarming moments with my baby boy. I find joy in the simple, meaningful experiences that bring connection and creativity into everyday life. Working at StretchLab, I absolutely love connecting with clients about recovery and movement patterns. Our time on the bench truly opens up the opportunity to educate on how to progress to the freedom of movement that we all want.
