I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. In high school I discovered weight training and developed my passion for powerlifting. I am constantly looking for new techniques to further my weightlifting skills and challenge myself. If I'm not in the gym you'll probably find me relaxing at home with a good book, or binge watching a new tv series. I love working in such a welcoming and caring environment at StretchLab. My goal is always to help people in whatever way I can, and StretchLab gives me the platform to do that.

I am Brittany, born and raised in MN, I moved out to California when I was 18 and found a love for Yoga! I was a competitive cheerleader growing up so flexibility, strength & movement have always been my passion. I studied locally at the Sol of Yoga where I earned my 250 hour RYT yoga certification. I have added other healing modalities to my tool box, such as Sound Healing and a traditional, Japanese energy practice called Reiki, where I am currently in a year long Master training program. I am eager to help the community with all the modalities to enhance your experience & lives. My passion lies in helping people feel better and give them the space to heal in their own individual time and own way, with simple guiding steps. Currently, I enjoy Ashtanga yoga classes and attending any local community workout studios in Solana Beach to stay active. I absolutely love my BFF, my Golden Retriever India, along with hiking outside, & spending time with my friends! I'm excited to work with you and help you progress on your recovery & healing journey at StretchLab!

I’ve been a yoga instructor for three years, primarily teaching Hatha yoga to combat sport practitioners. My journey began with a passion for helping athletes balance their strength with flexibility, mobility, and recovery. My background in Hatha yoga allows me to offer a slow, deliberate practice focused on alignment, breath control, and mindful movement, helping fighters build the flexibility and mental focus needed for their sport. Working with this group has given me a deep understanding of how to tailor yoga practices to meet the specific needs of athletes, helping them improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance their overall performance. Outside of work I enjoy boxing, hiking, yoga, and walking my English bulldog. When I’m not doing that I enjoy watching MMA and boxing. What I love about StretchLab is how we help people feel their best by offering personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. It's amazing to see clients improve their flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall mobility. Being part of a team that genuinely cares about each person's progress and wellness is incredibly rewarding!

I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic training and was a 4-year collegiate athlete playing soccer at San Francisco State University. I’ve been in the Athletic Training/Sports Performance industry for almost 20 years. I’ve played and participated at a competitive level myself in a variety of sports throughout my life including, Soccer, Running, Cycling, Football, and Boxing. Because of my love for sports I’ve trained athletes and “non-athletes” alike in Boxing/Kickboxing, Running, Cycling, Functional training and general strength and conditioning. Outside of StretchLab, I coach two competitive youth Soccer teams, enjoy spending time running on trails, playing co-ed indoor soccer with my husband, taking my kids out to explore the outdoors and going to concerts! Being an athlete the majority of my life I had coaches and trainers that made such an impact on career and health. Working at StretchLab allows me to share my passion and knowledge with our members and help them stay physically and mentally healthy.

After I earned a Bachelors of Communication at San Francisco State University, I started 9 years of experience in the fitness industry obtaining NASM certifications in CPT, Functional Training (Pre and Post Natal), Reactive Training, Nutrition, & TRX Suspension Training. I specialize in resistance training and corrective exercise, focusing on optimizing biomechanical efficiency, postural alignment, & functional movement patterns. Drawing from my background as a competitive softball athlete, I bring a deep understanding of sport-specific demands and performance enhancement. My approach integrates evidence-based methodologies to enhance strength, mobility, and neuromuscular control, enabling clients to overcome pain, mitigate injury risk, and improve overall physical performance. My mission is to facilitate each individual’s progression toward greater functional capacity, resilience, and confidence in both athletic and daily movement. I enjoy spending my time cooking new recipes, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and sharing playful, heartwarming moments with my baby boy. I find joy in the simple, meaningful experiences that bring connection and creativity into everyday life. Working at StretchLab, I absolutely love connecting with clients about recovery and movement patterns. Our time on the bench truly opens up the opportunity to educate on how to progress to the freedom of movement that we all want.

I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning. Originally from Upstate New York, I’ve played sports my entire life, specifically lacrosse, which sparked my passion for fitness and human performance! Before earning my degree I worked as a certified EMT in emergency medicine, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience treating injuries and understanding how the body functions under pressure. I’m also a certified Peer Support Specialist, and I believe that truly connecting with people and understanding their stories, challenges, and goals is the foundation of meaningful, lasting wellness. Outside of work, you can find me soaking up the outdoors whether that’s hiking, a long coastal run, playing pickleball, or exploring my new passion for biking! As someone passionate about a holistic approach to longevity, StretchLab is the perfect space for me to integrate my background in movement, recovery, and human connection. It’s more than just stretching, it’s about empowering people to feel better in their bodies, reduce pain, prevent injury, and move through life with greater strength and confidence!

I am an Anusara Elements certified yoga teacher with a focus on 1 on 1 therapeutic yoga. I have a BS in Biology as well as certifications in Massage Therapy, Reiki and Aromatherapy.  I am currently studying to be an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist with an emphasis in Ayurveda, a holistic healing system for the body, mind and spirit. As a recovering corporate desk junkie who has learned that sitting at a desk, basking in the warm glow of a computer screen has impacted my body mechanics & stress management. I am focused on helping others bring this awareness to their body and mind to facilitate wellbeing. Focusing on awareness of body, mind and breath, my aim is to help you cultivate lasting changes as we work together on the bench stretching out the mind-body connection one limb at a time. When I am not at StretchLab, I am playing frisbee on the beach with my aussie, Kora, paddleboarding with my partner and studying to be a yoga therapist.  I love cooking and making interesting mocktails and cocktails with fruits, veggies and herbs from my garden. I am so happy I found an awesome community at StretchLab where we are all working to help our clients feel better in their bodies and live a more fulfilling life.
