I am a Master Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. I have been training athletes, seniors, teens and fitness enthusiasts for over 12 years. I specialize in Sports Performance Training for sports like Golf, Baseball, Soccer and Cycling and I have also instructed group HIIT workouts for the past 2 years. I love playing and practicing all sports, especially weight training and golf. I have a great passion for health, fitness and overall wellness. Seeing clients' transformation is what drives me! If I'm not working I’m studying for my Public Health degree to ultimately become a Physical Therapist. I love StretchLab because of the atmosphere, and the continuing education, which allows me to always take my client’s progress to the next level.

I’ve been a yoga instructor for three years, primarily teaching Hatha yoga to combat sport practitioners. My journey began with a passion for helping athletes balance their strength with flexibility, mobility, and recovery. My background in Hatha yoga allows me to offer a slow, deliberate practice focused on alignment, breath control, and mindful movement, helping fighters build the flexibility and mental focus needed for their sport. Working with this group has given me a deep understanding of how to tailor yoga practices to meet the specific needs of athletes, helping them improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance their overall performance. Outside of work I enjoy boxing, hiking, yoga, and walking my English bulldog. When I’m not doing that I enjoy watching MMA and boxing. What I love about StretchLab is how we help people feel their best by offering personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. It's amazing to see clients improve their flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall mobility. Being part of a team that genuinely cares about each person's progress and wellness is incredibly rewarding!

I am a recent graduate from UC San Diego, where I got my B.S in Health Psychology. Alongside my studies, I have been teaching yoga, following my 200 RYT. I love to teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga styles. Since being a teenager, the wellness sphere has always interested me, leading me to pursue bodywork and mindful movement. I believe everyone should have access to their most health-abundant self and live in tune with their mind and body. This translates over to my work done with the non-profit CleanEarth4Kids advocating for our community to ensure that we breathe clean air & water. During my free time, you can find me reading, writing, and exercising my creativity. Daily, I indulge in my own yoga practice if I’m not teaching or doing pilates! I love to play dress up, spend hours at sea, and travel. After I studied abroad, I fell in love & my dream is to live in Europe. StretchLab is a very intentional space filled with such a warm and caring community, it’s easy to love. I’m very grateful that my work is centered around helping people feel better while also creating bonds and connections with my co-workers and clients! I find that there is always something new to learn, whether it’s about the holistic body or just fun facts that people have to share. Stretchlab offers expansion in many ways!

I am a Masters educated Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Stretch Specialist with a background in football, track & field, corrective exercise, mobility training, and assisted stretching. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including athletes, post-rehab clients, older adults, and individuals simply looking to move and feel better in everyday life. My passion for health and performance started through sports and evolved into helping others improve how their bodies move, recover, and perform. I believe mobility and recovery are often the missing pieces for people dealing with stiffness, pain, stress, or limitations in training and daily activities. Through stretching, movement assessments, and personalized recovery strategies, my goal is to help clients improve flexibility, posture, movement quality, and overall body awareness while helping them feel more confident in their bodies. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing by watching different TV shows and movies, building LEGO sets, spending time in the gym, and continuing to learn more about fitness, recovery, and human performance. What I love most about StretchLab is the ability to truly connect with people and positively impact how they feel every day. I enjoy helping people and supporting clients’ goals, lifestyles, and movement patterns.

I am a certified yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, and certified Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 30 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and live more active lives. For the past 20 years, my primary focus has been helping adults 40 and older. I’ve seen firsthand how healthy joint mobility helps people stay active, independent, and engaged well into their 70s and 80s, and that continues to inspire my work every day. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, ballroom dancing, hiking, skiing, or spending time outdoors. I grew up in Germany before moving to the U.S. over 20 years ago and love traveling back to Europe to visit family and friends. I also make time each day for my yoga and mindfulness practice to stay grounded and continue appreciating the gift of life. StretchLab felt like a natural next step because it brings together everything I’ve dedicated my career to - hands-on bodywork, movement education, and helping people move with greater ease. My goal is to help every client move better so they can continue living an active, fulfilling life.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and certified group class instructor. I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years now and with a Business Management Degree from St. John’s University. My first love for fitness came when running track in high school and being motivated by my coaches to maximize my potential and become the best athlete I possibly could. After moving to San Diego from New York, I decided to achieve my dream of helping people and entered into the personal fitness world. In my spare time I love to run, go on hikes and play basketball at my local gym. You can also find me making music or DJing when I’m not in the studio. I also really love to travel whenever I’m able as I love experiencing other cultures (as well as the food). A couple things I love about StretchLab are the community and all the interesting people I get to see on a daily basis. I love helping people reach their goals and when they do gives me amazing fulfillment. As well as furthering my education and making me feel challenged!

I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University, which allowed me to obtain my certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Through my major and school, I was able to join a medical trip to Uganda, Africa in May of 2026. This experience gave me the opportunity to assist in physical therapy, teach PE classes, and provide holistic and palliative care, which has inspired my decision to eventually continue my education and pursue a career in Physical Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy taking up new hobbies, such as building Lego sets, painting, scrapbooking, etc. I have also developed a recent love for hiking and especially for traveling. StretchLab allows me to make an impact in people’s lives, which is what I love! It helps me build connections and improve people’s quality of life.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Education. I am a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with CHEK Institute certifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coach Levels 1 & 2, Primal Pattern Movements, Program Design, Advanced Program Design, Holistic Health, Performance for Women, and Walking Tall. I played high school and college sports before spending 33 years teaching physical education and coaching middle and high school athletes. One of the highlights of my career was coaching my own children. After retiring from teaching, I found a new way to continue helping others live healthier, more active lives. I believe movement is the key to longevity, and enjoy helping people improve mobility, flexibility, and functional movement so they can reduce pain, stay active, and keep doing what they love. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me swimming, running on the beach, paddleboarding, hiking, traveling, or playing golf with my wife. What I love most about StretchLab is helping people move better and enjoy life to the fullest. It’s rewarding to see clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their movement.

After growing up on the east coast, I moved to California to attend SDSU for my B.S. in Kinesiology, and am now currently pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy here. With 5+ years of experience in fitness and rehabilitation as a PT aide, trainer, researcher, volunteer, swim instructor, surf instructor, etc, I understand the complexity and value of living without limitations. As a biomechanics researcher with the SDSU basketball, lacrosse, and baseball teams, my lab tested players movement patterns, and used any deficits to craft individualized programs to limit in-season injuries. I have always been super active, loving all ball and board sports, including playing D1 rugby, so optimizing quality of life through quality of movement has always been a huge focus for me. In my free time I enjoy traveling, learning new skills like cooking, card tricks, speaking Spanish and playing guitar, and I love to surf or play soccer when I have the time. I can’t wait to share my love for moving without restrictions, and help as many people as possible to live a life that they love!
