My name is Lonnie and I have a Certification in Personal Training from the International Sports Science Association. I’ve worked for various gyms and a physical rehab center as a personal trainer in Wisconsin. I recently moved to Fort Worth from Wisconsin in June of 2022 to advance my career in the health and fitness industry (and get away from the cold) and so far I’m loving my new state. In my free time I love trying new restaurants (Mexican and Italian particularly) museums and checking out all the touristy spots here in the DFW area. I’ve come to love Bucee’s. I also love working out at L.A. Fitness and watching football and basketball as I am a huge San Francisco 49ers and Milwaukee Bucks fan!

Thalita is a physical therapist, graduated 19 years ago in Brazil. She has worked all these years with rehabilitation of spinal diseases, postural deviations, TMJ disorders, and also, rehabilitation of injuries and orthopedic surgeries. Thalita also taught Pilates for a few years of her professional life. She earned her post graduation degree in physical exercise in a medical clinic. She is able to help people with hypertension, diabetes and other metabolic diseases through physical exercises. During her free time, Thalita likes to have fun with her family and friends and watch series. Thalita loves to help and take care of people!

My name is Taryn from Amiskwaciwâskahikan Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I'm Cree/Metis & love to practice my culture which includes movement medicine. I love anything to do with wellness & teaching others wellness practices is a passion of mine. I moved to Texas to be with my partner who is a PT, my two pups whom I adore, the weather, food & new experiences. I have a background in dental assisting mostly surgical procedures, macro health coaching, level 2 touch for health kinesiology, 300HR RYT, yoga for athletes, fascia advancement academy, level 1 Thai mat flow. William is from Crowley, Texas and recently graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and sport studies. This fall he will begin his Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Administration. He is the youngest of four with two older brothers and a twin sister. Will aspires to become a Physical Therapist and would like to open his own Sports Rehabilitation Clinic. He would also like to work for a professional sports team. His inspiration for getting into health and fitness is to be able to offer a better quality of life for those who are trying to get back to their normal daily lives or for athletes who want to get back to there sports healthy and whole.

Kori is from Justin, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University in 2023, where she played collegiate volleyball. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life and motivating others to reach their goals. On the side Kori coaches volleyball to young athletes as she loves helping them grow and develop. Kori aspires to one day become an Occupational Therapist specializing in women’s health.
