      Born and raised in Brooklyn New York. Ernesto embarked on a remarkable journey that led him to become a dedicated personal trainer. Ernesto discovered his love for physical activity at an early age, honing his discipline and determination as he grew up training in the art of boxing. From the moment he put on his gloves, he was captivated by the art of mastering his body's movements and pushing his limits. In high school, he shifted his focus from the ring to the gridiron. Excelling in football, he displayed leadership on and off the field, instilling values of teamwork and perseverance.His exceptional skills and dedication earned him a spot on his college's football team., where he graduated with a Master's degree in Sports Medicine. His academic achievements not only reflected his dedication but also expanded his knowledge base, allowing him to blend his practical experience with a strong foundation in sports science. His journey from the ring to the field, and then to the classroom, gave him a unique perspective on the holistic nature of fitness and the importance of a balanced approach to training.

      Hailing from Brooklyn, Ryan is currently studying to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has always had a passion for optimal physical health and mobility, and helping others achieve the same. With two years of experience working as a physical therapy aide prior to StretchLab, he has valuable hands-on experience with proper movement and patient care. He looks forward to providing you with exceptional care!

      Prior to joining StretchLab, Saguna has taught yoga for four years, and practiced for eight. She also has certifications and experience as a physical therapy aide, breathwork, and yoga nidra. She feels that mindful movement, meditation, breathwork and stretching help to feel calm, improve overall well-being and enhance quality of life and is passionate about sharing these benefits with her clients.

      Emma is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional certification in teaching Yoga for Special Needs. She began her Yoga practice in 2014 and has held her RYT certification since 2022. Emma has a B.A. in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work. She believes in the power of a holistic approach to support both physical and mental wellness, and enjoys incorporating somatic techniques with her clinical knowledge to promote meaningful connection between mind and body.

      Lead Flexologist
      Stefania comes from Montreal, Quebec (Canada) and has worked as a personal trainer for a wide variety of clients for over five years. She graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and in 2026 received her Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology with a concentration in Human Performance from the University of Florida. Stefania was a competitive dancer for 16 years and Figure skater for 20 years, competing as a synchronized figure skater for Team Canada for the last six years of her career. Stefania is passionate about making people feel better and loves to share her knowledge with clients.

      Matan was born and raised in Brooklyn, graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Health. With over three years of experience as a Physical Therapy Aide, he is now pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with plans to specialize in sports rehabilitation. Staying active through sports like basketball and football, along with weight training, Matan brings both personal experience and professional knowledge to every session. He is passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals with confidence, care, and consistency.

      Austin is a New York-based dancer who received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a company member with Jon Lehrer Dance Company. With a lifelong passion for movement and over 20 years of dance experience, Austin brings a unique perspective to flexibility and body awareness. His background as a professional dancer has given him deep insight into the importance of mobility, balance, and recovery — not only for performers but for anyone seeking to move more freely in daily life. His mission is to share the power of intentional movement and help others feel more connected to their bodies — strong, open, and aligned.

      Nick is from Cleveland, Ohio, and also lived in Chicago before relocating to New York for his education. He brings a strong background in movement and wellness, earning his degree in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Wellness from the University of Missouri–Columbia. With over three years of experience as a physical therapy aide and currently pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Nick combines knowledge, enthusiasm, and hands-on skill to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall performance.

      Iqbinder brings over 10 years of fitness experience and a passion for helping people move and feel better through recovery, mobility, and assisted stretching. As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist currently pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, he believes fitness should support athletic performance: “We stay fit to play sports, not play sports just to stay fit.” As a competitive cricket and soccer player, he understands the importance of flexibility, recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention for overall wellness and performance. Fun Fact: He speaks five different languages!

      Born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, David is a graduate of York College with a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science and a minor in Health education. His passion for helping others move, feel, and perform at their best is built on a strong academic foundation and years of experience as a multi-sport athlete. He believes that better movement is the foundation of better health and long-term well-being. David’s goal is to empower every client to move with greater confidence, recover more effectively, and live a healthier, more active life.
