      Hi there! I'm Scott! I've been in the fitness industry for many years and possess NASM certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Group Instruction, and Nutrition. I also hold a certificate in “Applied Stretching Theory and Practice from StretchLab. I'm passionate about health and wellness and am always looking for ways to improve so I can help people. I also have a huge respect for knowledge, meditation, positivity, and anything that helps us become a better version of ourselves. Having a solid background in customer service, I treat each client with the utmost care and attention, and tailor a life routine specific to them. I wanted to become a Flexologist because stretching is often overlooked in the health industry and life. Utilizing a hands-on approach, I can help people regain their mobility and realize their life goals. When I am not at the studio, you can find me at the gym working out, at the beach soaking up some sun, playing sports, or at a campground enjoying nature. I love meeting new people and very much look forward to seeing you on my bench. Let's make that one day goal Day 1!

      Hello! My name is Sally. I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University and an NASM personal trainer certification. I am passionate about exercise and injury prevention. I grew up in Arizona and currently live in Lake Orion. In my spare time, I love to hike and kayak with my dog and I also enjoy spending a lot of time powerlifting at the gym! I try to consistently learn something new about the body and I enjoy educating others on what I find! My schooling and experiences have led me to want to help others reduce stress and improve their mobility through Stretchlab. I am excited to help our clients achieve their goals!

      Hello! My name is Heather, and my background includes being a former competitive long distance runner, and I am currently a yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga since 2007! I also have extensive knowledge in management and sales, as I was a retail manager for over 20 years. I am extremely passionate about helping others to feel their absolute best, inside and out! When I’m not at StretchLab, I enjoy being out in nature, cuddling with my cat, or getting lost in a new book. I am excited to meet you and help you to reach your flexibility goals!

      Hi! I am Jesse and I am a recent graduate of Adrian College's Exercise Science program where I played football for all 4 years. I am an Eagle Scout and a National Honor Society Award recipient. I love coaching and have been a volunteer coach for the Bentley High School football team. I love being active, being outside and working out whenever I can. Camping and fishing are also huge hobbies of mine. I am excited about being a Flexologist because I get to work with a variety of people who want to improve their lives and their overall well-being.

      Hi! I am Caitlyn. I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and I have also taught a variety of group fitness classes. I am currently the Content Editing Director for a small publishing house and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Student Ministry. I live in Waterford with my husband and fur kids. I love reading, crocheting, and DIY-ing anything I can dream up! Name a power tool, I’ve used it! I love helping people get to know themselves better as they work toward their stronger, more flexible selves, and I am so honored to be able to pursue this journey as a Flexologist.

      Hello, my name is Kathryn. I am an Oakland University alumni where I received a bachelor's degree in Wellness, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention. In addition I am a certified Holistic Health Coach through IIN, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Recently, I received my yoga instructor certification through AFAA. Born and raised in Michigan, I live in Waterford with my family and our fur babies. In my spare time I enjoy doing anything outdoors, kayaking, hiking, flipping tires and spending time on the lake with good friends and family. Joining the StretchLab team only made sense for me, I have long been a passionate advocate for mobility and stretching. These all improve our quality of life and our ability to live a long and healthful life. It is my honor to be part of a diverse and delightful team of professionals where we share the common goal of bringing you, our clients, our expertise.

      Hello! My name is Donald. I am a graduate of Adrian College's Exercise Science program where I played football and completed an internship as the Strength and Conditioning Coach. I also coach young athletes in middle school to high school in development of speed, strength and agility. I enjoy working with student athletes to help them achieve their goals, but I love seeing everyone, regardless of age or ability, reach their full potential to ensure a happy, healthy life. In my free time, I enjoy binge watching good television shows, playing with my dog, and staying active in the gym. I look forward to helping you become the person you know you can be!

      Born and raised in Virginia, I am a Navy spouse relocating from San Diego. I am a former mathematician, educator, long distance runner, and runway model. I enjoy rock climbing and skydiving in my spare time. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I specialize in low impact fitness and core stabilization. I believe a strong body builds an even stronger mind.

      Hi there! I am Makena! I am completing my clinicals for my doctorate in Physical Therapy at Bowling Green University. I have a Bachelor of Science in Dance from Wayne State University and I plan to use both of my degrees and experiences to help dancers prevent injuries. I have extensive experience as a Physical Therapy Technician supporting patients with a variety of medical conditions. In my spare time, I like to read, stay active, and just adopted a kitten! Book your stretch with me Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings!

      Hello! I’m Abi and I graduated from Spring Arbor University with my Bachelor’s of Health and Exercise Science! At SAU I was apart of the Women’s Soccer Program and as a captain had the privilege to implement a strength and conditioning program for the team. I have extensive experience in PNF stretching and periodization from my education and athletics. I found a love for helping others achieve their goals, by getting to know them and improving their overall quality of life such as increasing daily physical activities or athletic performance. Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends whether it’s just hanging out, playing board games, hiking, working out, or anything outdoors. I will be working afternoons and every other Saturday! I hope to see you in the studio soon!

      Hello! My name is Eliana, and I am currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Saginaw Valley State University. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at DYA Network as an Assistant Athlete Development Specialist in sports performance. In the Fall I will be in MSUs Athletic performance Program. After graduation, I plan to obtain my Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) certification. Growing up I was actively involved in track and basketball. I also served as the assistant boys' track coach at Farmington Steam Academy with recent experience training middle aged & elderly clients through SVSU. In my free time I enjoy weightlifting, swimming, going on walks, hanging out with friends and family, and, of course, shopping! I wanted to become a Flexologist because stretching is very important and often overlooked. I like to see people improve and reach all of their fitness goals. You can find me here at StretchLab primarily Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I can't wait to meet you :)

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
