      Certified Flexologist
In addition to my training as a Flexologist at Stretch Lab, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I completed my program in 2009 from The National Massage Therapy Institute - Falls Church, Virginia and passed the National Certification through NCBTMB in 2010. Additionally, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Physical Education in 1999 from Eastern New Mexico University. As a military spouse, I have practiced all over the world with athletes, veterans and their families. With the resources at StretchLab, I can help you reduce pain, recover from injury, train for an event, or simply increase self-awareness of your body and its mobility. I would love the opportunity to help you meet your wellness goals…sign up today!

      Certified Flexologist
Mark here! I am an avid outdoor dude. Running, climbing, 14ers (I have done them all!), waterskiing, and working in my garden are all normal parts of my life. I have walked the John Muir Trail, much of the Colorado Trail, Trans-Catalina Trail, and Inca Trail. Leading groups of novice backpackers on wilderness intensives in the Bob Marshall Wilderness is more fun than I can handle. If the sun is involved, I want to be a part of it. That is why StretchLab works for me! It is a very functional practice that helps to keep you flexible, mobile and ready to take on whatever ignites you and I love helping my clients along in their wellness journeys. Additionally, I am trained in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and occasionally employ those techniques during my sessions.

      Studio Manager
I'm Katie, the Studio Manager at our Castle Rock location since May 2023! I briefly studied Psychology at The University of Edinburgh before completing my degree at MSU Denver. As a Colorado native, my love for the outdoors and everything that comes with it runs deep. I’ve always been passionate about staying active and have been involved in sports from a very early age, which ultimately led to my interest in health, wellness, and fitness. With my background in sports and psychology, working at StretchLab has been a perfect fit, allowing me to blend both worlds. I enjoy connecting with members while watching their progress from a unique perspective. The community here -both staff and our amazing clients- has truly transformed my life and I am honored to be a part of this journey!

      Lead Flexologist
Hi, I’m Simeon! Originally from the Midwest, I’ve made Colorado my home after serving in the military. With a total of 8 years of experience across both the Marines and the Army, I bring a strong background in physical fitness and discipline. As a certified personal trainer (NASM), I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential. Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Exercise Science while continuing to expand my expertise. My lifelong passion for stretching and flexibility stems from my background as a high-level hockey goalie. I’m committed to guiding you towards becoming the best version of yourself through personalized, effective fitness strategies.

Hi! I'm Lauran, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Functional Movement Specialist with a passion for helping others achieve optimal health and performance. I have over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, and have been dedicated to guiding clients toward strength, resilience, and functional well-being since 1999. In addition to my fitness background, I’m also a Holistic Health Coach, certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) since 2014, and a recent graduate of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) as of December 2025. My approach blends movement, corrective strategies, and root-cause health solutions to support the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Lane
      Certified Flexologist
I’m originally from Montana and have always been passionate about movement/exercise and the outdoors. I’m an ultra-marathon runner, avid outdoorsman, and NASM-certified personal trainer with a background in Kinesiology and Education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University. I earned my Master’s in Education and spent several years teaching high school anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. I also had the privilege of coaching Special Olympics for several years, which deepened my appreciation for helping people of all abilities reach their health and fitness goals. At StretchLab, I love combining my experience in education and fitness to help others move better, recover faster, and feel their best, both inside and outside the studio. You can usually find me running trails, lifting, or exploring Colorado’s backcountry with my two amazing dogs when I'm not at work.
      Jakob
      Jakob
      Certified Flexologist
Hello! My name is Jakob. I was born and raised in Evergreen, Colorado, where I played football, lacrosse, and ran track for Evergreen High School. I enjoy strength training, pickleball, disc golf, and regular golf - though I don't keep score (if you know what I mean). I graduated in 2020 and, in the midst of the COVID mess, decided to continue my athletic career as a football and lacrosse player at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota. Shortly after starting my first lacrosse season in the spring of 2021, I underwent reconstructive ACL, MCL and meniscus surgery. While recovering from surgery, I discovered my love for sports medicine. I switched my major to Kinesiology with a pre-therapy focus and set my sights on a career in athletic training. Each summer, I returned home to Colorado and serve as a Wildland Firefighter for Evergreen Fire Rescue. I served three fire seasons before graduating in 2025 with a bachelor's degree. In the fall of 2026, I plan to attend The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs to study for 2 years and earn a master's degree in athletic training. I hope to continue at StretchLab during this time. I can't wait to meet new clients, create connections, and help people move better!
