      I bring 30+ years of professional dance training and teaching experience to StretchLab. Throughout my career, I’ve led movement sessions for people of all ages, skill levels, fitness levels, and walks of life. In addition, I’ve studied several world-renowned movement techniques that focus on expanding range of motion and body awareness. In my free time you might find me leading a dance fitness class, hoofing (a.k.a. tap dancing), or hiking the beautiful local trails. I’m excited to be working as a Flexologist here at StretchLab so I can help people achieve their individual movement goals and improve their quality of life.

      With a background in dance, B.S. in Kinesiology (movement science), and NASM certification, I am committed to assisting my clients in improving their flexibility and overall quality of life. I bring guided breath work, yoga, and life experience, as my techniques during sessions here at the Stretch Lab. I believe it is vital for everyone to become more in tune with their bodies to lead a healthier lifestyle.

      I graduated from San Jose State University in December 2024 with a B.S in Kinesiology, emphasizing in Rehabilitation Sciences, and am currently completing prerequisites before applying to DPT programs. My passion for movement comes from 13 years as a competitive gymnast and 5 years as an all-star cheerleader. Outside of work, I love weightlifting and Pilates, exploring new places, and connecting with people. I am excited to continue sharing my knowledge of health and wellness at StretchLab because everybody and anybody deserves to feel good and live life to the fullest!

      Growing up as a dancer since I was 7 years old and recently receiving my B.F.A in Dance from San Jose State, body care has always been a passion of mine. Now that I have begun my professional dance career as a performing artist and choreographer I am even more passionate about health and wellness. This, combined with my previous experience as a dance teacher, has allowed me to improve my understanding of the necessity of body awareness in our overall well being. I believe that we can best accomplish improvements in these areas through finding a community that empowers us to reach our goals. When actively working on health we improve our overall quality of life. I am here to listen to your fitness goals. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach these goals!

      Hello! I graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science in December 2021. I worked as a physical therapy aide for 3 years and have been practicing martial arts for 16 years and have coached wrestling and boxing, which ignited my passion for movement and studying the human body. I am a huge UFC and boxing fan. My other hobbies include running, design and fine arts, and coffee! I am excited to be a part of the StretchLab family and am looking forward to helping you reach your physical and lifestyle goals!

      Liza comes to us with over a decade of experience in yoga and wellness space as an E-RYT. Her priority is to move the body towards balance through body awareness and regular practice. With a love for helping and healing others feel great in their bodies she will be continuing on her course work to receive her RN. When she's not at StretchLab, you can find Liza most likely hanging out with her family and friends, her dogs Cash and June or dancing to salsa music!

      Hi, I’m Tatsuya Ishikawa, a dedicated Chiropractor & flexologist with a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals, whether it’s fitness or health. My calling for helping others stems from the strong foundation that I’ve developed through my time as a student at SJSU and Palmer College of Chiropractic. My goal is to help you become more confident and empowered by supporting you on your journey to move, feel, and live better through your sessions here at StretchLab.

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to fostering health and wellness. Specializing in Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Athletics, I bring extensive expertise in injury prevention as well as strength, conditioning, and recovery. At Stretch Lab, I'm eager to share my knowledge and support individuals on their journey to recovery, strength, and overall well-being.       Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
