      Mark comes to StretchLab after coaching sports for almost 15 years. He started with gymnastics and spent 2 years training mobility at a private gym in NYC. Mark loves getting lost in the woods after a 20mile bike ride and hitting up the lake on a hot day. He also enjoys spending time camping with his dog. Mark loves StretchLab because it gives him the chance to learn new ways to better the human body as well as allowing him to apply personal training knowledge to help clients in need.

      Max is a former student athlete turned personal trainer with a focus in muscle growth and body building. He has an interest in nutrition and personal health and how they coincide with a healthy lifestyle. Max enjoys going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and if he's not in the gym he's working at StretchLab! Max loves StretchLab because it allows him to help others and further his knowledge in personal health and wellbeing.

      Nick is an ISSA, Certified Persoal Trainer and has a Degree in Exercise Science. When he is not stretching, he is active with lacrosse, rowing and fencing. Nick is a musician and thriving "Dog Uncle". What makes him the most excited about StretchLab is seeing members make progress . It's the inspiration for what he does.

      Jennifer Powers is a veteran trainer, with 20+ years of experience, which includes: ASCM, AFAA Certifications and a B.S. in Exercise Science. She came to StretchLab to expand her scope of knowledge and support members with improving their general mobility and quality of life. She is extremely active outside of the studio and enjoys activities such as hiking, biking, exercising, cardio and weight training.

      Kieran recently relocated to Bozeman from another StretchLab studio, where she acted as a Lead Flexologist. She has instructed for over 6 years; certified in Yoga, Ayurveda and Holistic Nutrition. She loves StretchLab because it allows her to deepen her own practice, simulatneously helping others gain more awareness and range of their own bodies. She is driven to help members live a fuller life. She loves all things wild in nature. An avid hiker, rock climber and explorer, you're likely to find her out in nature when not practicing in the studio.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
