I bounced around during college running track and eventually ended up here in Billings to finish my undergrad and athletic career. I went to New Mexico to get my Master’s in health and human performance and I am now back in Billings! I am a human body enthusiast and have loved the opportunity to educate others on how to move their bodies and better themselves.

      My name is Shanna. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for movement, health and wellness. Through my coaching I am able to help others grow from feeling stuck to feeling strong, confident, and capable all while enhancing performance and movement in a healthy way. I am here to coach you to the lifestyle you desire using functional movement, progressive programming, exercise progression, and attention to your body needs and individual goals. When not at StretchLab I love spending time in the gym both training others as well as taking in my own workout, spending valuable time with family, doing photography, and enjoying active adventures outdoors.

      Hi I'm Rylee! I'm oiginally from Northern Idaho, I obtained my bachelor's in exercise, sport, and health sciences from the University of Idaho. While completing my degree, I stayed active through club volleyball, a plethora of active lifestyle classes, and the gym. Since moving to Billings, some of my favorite pastimes include spending time with my husband, going to school for occupational therapy, and playing pickleball. I love working at StretchLab because it provides me with an ability to help clients meet their goals. Being able to help people is the most rewarding opportunity. A little fun fact about m is that I am a little bit of an adrenaline junkie and have been skydiving!

      Hi I'm Megan!!! My passion is to help people love themselves, and I found that through fitness. Exercise has been my anchor through my best and worst times. I graduated with an Associate in Occupational Studies and Personal Training, and over my 10-year career, I’ve pursued advanced training to help clients achieve a wide range of fitness, exercise, and health goals. Outside of work, I love spending time with my boys, going fishing, and taking bike rides. I also love swimming and being around water. I love StretchLab because stretching is an often-overlooked but essential part of our routines, with great benefits for our bodies. Here, I get to help people feel better and move better, allowing them to go about their day with less pain and tension.

      I am a licensed massage therapist with over 10 years of experience, and I am excited to bring my skills to my new role as a Flexologist at StretchLab. Before this career change, I spent 23 years as a Dental Hygienist. With a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to lifelong learning, I am thrilled to embark on this new adventure. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my husband, Dave, of 28 years, and our 23-year-old daughter, Emily. We share a love for outdoor activities like camping, boating, and skiing. In my free time, I enjoy exploring my artistic side, creating fun and vibrant pictures using various mediums. My enthusiasm for learning new skills motivated me to join StretchLab, where I am eager to expand my knowledge and expertise as a Flexologist. I look forward to helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. With a warm and compassionate approach, I am dedicated to providing personalized, top-notch care to everyone who walks through our doors.

      Hi, I’m Allyson. I graduated from the university of Utah in 2021 majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science and psychology. I am currently at MSU pursing a nursing degree. When I’m not at school or work, I enjoying being outdoors with my German Shepherd! I have been working for Stretch lab since 2021 and love being apart of my clients’ health and wellness journeys. Being able to help others live and move better has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

      I'm Stevie Robinson, a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, with advanced 500 RYT/200 E-RYT yoga certification from Yoga Alliance. Currently pursuing a degree in Health and Wellness at MSU Billings, I believe in movement as medicine. My own recovery journey has shown me the power of health and wellness, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others. For me, flexibility and stretching are key to not only improving performance but also preventing injuries and reducing stress. Through my work, I aim to help others achieve balance, strength, and long-term wellness.

      Originally from Seattle, Washington, my passion for fitness began through competing in sports at a high level and experiencing firsthand the value of coaching and training at Ford Sports Performance in Bellevue. A former NCAA Division II and NAIA football player, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Simon Fraser University before transferring to Rocky Mountain College in 2023 to complete my athletic career and obtain a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance. Having dealt with various athletic injuries, I’ve developed a unique approach to mobility, rehabilitation, and pain management. My background in training and coaching drives my commitment to helping others improve their movement, recovery, and overall wellness.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
